Inspiring Conversations with Sheridel Sevilla of Sheridel Sevilla LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sheridel Sevilla.

Hi Sheridel, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Sometimes I look at everything we’ve built, and it’s hard to believe all that had to happen to get us here.
I started in the beauty industry as a teenager, never imagining that my first experience would grow into a passion, a lifelong career, and eventually, Beauty Couture Medspa. We are celebrating 20yrs in the industry! Since then, I’ve learned, fallen, started over, studied, and earned my certifications over and over in fact, I recently completed my latest aesthetic medicine updates because education never stops. But more than anything, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of women rediscover their confidence. Later on came Los Villa Podcast, inspired by our genuine desire to give a voice to, connect with, and support local entrepreneurs and businesses. I know how important it is to find someone who believes in your dream when you’re just getting started, so we wanted to create a space to share real stories, inspire, and open new doors, which over the years drive us to create and serve led my husband and me to co-found The Recovery Lab & Cryo, inspired by a deep passion to grow and support the local community of athletes and champion the wellness movement on this side of town, creating a space dedicated to holistic wellness and muscle recovery designed to help us live and feel better. Today, that purpose also extends to the heart of our home. Alongside my daughters, we are writing a new chapter with Good Vibes by MC, teaching them from a young age that their ideas matter, that they can become entrepreneurs, and that they are capable of building their own path.
When I look back, I feel an overwhelming sense of pride, not only for the businesses we’ve raised, but for the people, families, and opportunities that have crossed our path along the way.

Today, I understand it with absolute clarity: it was never just about building businesses. It was about building a legacy. 🩵🩷
And this… is only the beginning.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Honestly, it’s been quite a ride! Between balancing family, marriage, and staying creative and open to growth, these past few years and especially this year have definitely brought some curveballs to our city that tested our resilience. But it’s also given us the best reminder of why that Austin community spirit, lifting each other upand shopping local is everything

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
Sometimes I look at everything we’ve built, and it’s hard to believe all that had to happen to get us here.

I started in the beauty industry as a teenager, never imagining it would become my passion, my career, and eventually, Beauty Couture Medspa, doing aesthetic inyectables is part of who I am, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of women feel more confident in themselves.
Through the years, I’ve learned, started over, continued my education, and earned new certifications. Then came Los Villa Podcast and Mujeres Couture, platforms to connect with and support local entrepreneurs.
That same passion led my husband and me to co-found Ther The Recovery Lab & Cryo, creating a space focused on wellness and recovery, watching my husband build recovery rooms and bring his own designs to life has truly left me speechless, I’m so proud of what he has created and of what we continue to build together. And now, with our daughters, we’re beginning a new chapter with Good Vibes by MC, teaching them that their ideas matter and that they can build something of their own.

Looking back, I’m incredibly proud not just of the businesses, but of the people, opportunities, and dreams that have grown along the way.

What started as a dream became a mission: to create, serve, inspire, and build a legacy. 🤍

Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
I’m a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my work. 😅

When I create something, I want every little detail to look and feel just right. For me, it’s not just about getting it done it’s about doing it with intention and being proud of the final result.
