Today we’d like to introduce you to Winniffer Diluyo.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My story with my three Dobermans really happened naturally. I never planned on having three, and I definitely never imagined that one day I would be creating content around our life together. Each of them came into my life in a different way, and somehow we became this little family that has completely changed my life.
I’ve always had an athletic background. I grew up competing in Taekwondo and was part of the Venezuelan national team, and being active has always been a big part of who I am. As an adult, that evolved into running, training, and finding new ways to challenge myself. Having three energetic Dobermans naturally became part of that lifestyle too. We run together, train together, explore Texas, and I’ve even gotten into canicross with them.
Content creation started simply because I loved documenting those moments. I wanted to show more than just beautiful dogs. I wanted people to see their different personalities, what it’s really like to live and train with three Dobermans, the funny and chaotic moments, and also the incredible bond you can build with your dogs when you make them part of your everyday life.
Zeus, Cairo, and Nera each have completely different personalities and stories, and they’ve taught me a lot about patience, discipline, responsibility, and unconditional companionship. One of them also came into my life through rescue, which made me appreciate even more how much a dog’s life can change when someone gives them a chance.
Over time, people started connecting with our content, and what began as simply sharing our life has turned into a small community. It has also given me opportunities to work with pet and lifestyle brands and connect with other creators, runners, dog owners, and people who simply enjoy following our adventures.
I’m still figuring out where this journey will take us, and I think that’s one of my favorite parts of the story. I’m not trying to present a perfect life or build something around selling a product. I’m simply sharing a very real part of my life: being an athlete, a woman building her own path, and a dog mom to three Dobermans who unexpectedly became such a huge part of who I am today.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. One of the biggest challenges of my life was moving to a new country alone. I went from having a life and a future that I thought I had completely planned out to suddenly starting over without a clear path. I had to learn a new language, adapt to a completely different life, and go through periods where I felt very lost and alone.
Thankfully, sports taught me much more than how to compete. They taught me discipline, resilience, and how to keep moving even on the days when you don’t feel your best. Running especially became a way for me to clear my mind and remind myself that as long as I kept moving, things could change.
Then my dogs came into my life, and somehow they gave me that feeling of family again. They became my companions, my routine, and even the best friends who will always show up for a 5 a.m. run or one of my crazy adventures.
Having three Dobermans was definitely not the easy choice. A lot of people told me not to do it, and in some ways, they were right, it was hard. But I think part of me identified with them. They needed a home, stability, and a family, and at that point in my life, I think I was searching for some of those same things too.
Nera, my rescue, especially changed my perspective. I originally fostered her, and I watched people consider adopting her and then back out because she wasn’t the “easy” dog. She had some challenges, but I could also see how incredibly sweet she was underneath them. Life hadn’t always been fair to her, and I didn’t want to give up on her simply because loving her required more patience and effort. Eventually, I stopped waiting for someone else to choose her and chose her myself.
The first few months were crazy. I was a woman living alone suddenly trying to create a routine with three big dogs, but little by little, we figured it out. Running together became one of the biggest things that helped us bond. It gave them the physical and mental stimulation they needed, but it also created something special between all four of us.
Of course, there have been practical challenges too, especially the expenses. Three large dogs, vet bills, training, food, and everything that comes with caring for them can be a lot. But money comes and goes. The family, experiences, discipline, and love they have brought into my life are things I could never put a price on.
Looking back, I think the difficult parts of my story are also what shaped the life I have now. I learned that sometimes the life you didn’t plan can become just as meaningful as the one you thought you wanted.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
My work today is a combination of business, entrepreneurship, and content creation, which are all things I genuinely enjoy.
Professionally, I work with Thryv, where I help small and local businesses grow by finding better ways to manage their customers, improve their online presence, market themselves, and simplify the way they run their business. I really enjoy working directly with business owners, learning their stories, understanding their challenges, and helping them find solutions that can make a real difference.
At the same time, I’m building my own business, CleanBase, a post-construction cleaning company that I recently started with my amazing friend and business partner, Kaidis Newton. Building something of our own from the ground up has been a completely different experience. It’s exciting, challenging, and definitely teaching me even more about what it actually takes to be on the other side as a business owner.
Content creation has also become an important part of my life. What started as simply sharing my life with my three Dobermans has grown into a community and opportunities to collaborate with different pet and lifestyle brands. I especially love creating content around an active lifestyle, running with my dogs, training, adventures, and the reality of life with three very different Doberman personalities.
What I’m most proud of is that none of these things were necessarily part of the original plan I had for my life. I’ve learned to build with what is in front of me, to start even when I don’t have everything figured out, and to keep learning along the way.
I think what sets me apart is that I’m not afraid of starting from zero. Whether it was rebuilding my life in a new country, learning a new language, becoming a business professional, creating a platform around my dogs, or now building my own company, I’ve learned that you don’t have to know exactly where something will lead before you begin. You just have to be willing to work for it, stay consistent, and keep moving forward.
Are there any books, apps, podcasts or blogs that help you do your best?
One of my favorite books is *Your Erroneous Zones* by Wayne Dyer. I read it in Spanish as *Tus zonas erróneas*, and it’s a book that has stayed with me because it focuses on taking responsibility for your own life, letting go of limiting thought patterns, and not allowing fear, guilt, or other people’s opinions to control your decisions.
I think it connects a lot with the way I try to live my life. I’ve had to start over, adapt, make difficult decisions, and learn to trust myself even when other people might choose differently. It reminds me that while we can’t always control what happens to us, we can control what we do next.
Outside of books, exercise is probably one of my greatest resources. Running, training, and simply moving my body help me clear my mind, reset, and approach both work and life with a better perspective.
