Today we’d like to introduce you to Rima Bhavsar.
Hi Rima, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My first career is in the medical field as a nurse. After spending ten years caring for others, I decided to use my people skills to help clients find the right home that fits their needs, wants, and budget. I credit my husband for my success in my real estate career. He knew I had the passion and the skills to be a Realtor. He encouraged me to get my real estate license, and here I am doing what I love to do! He always says I’m very calm and composed in any situation and you need such balance in business endeavors.
As a new real estate agent, each day is an adventure in learning. I keep my vision and goals in mind and keep working on it. My advice for anyone looking for a career switch is, find your passion and give 100% to what you desire. As long as you are enjoying what you’re doing, success will come sooner or later. I have found my passion and desire that has helped me thrive.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has not been a smooth road. With anything starting new, it’s never a smooth, easy way. I have faced many struggles when starting. I started full-time real estate when Covid hit; it was hard as I could not socialize with anyone. I have faced many challenges and continue to do so, but the lesson here is NEVER give up.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
My business offerings include buying, selling, investing, and renting homes. I am also exploring the commercial and construction side. If anyone in Austin needs help with any real estate needs, I’m here to help. What sets me apart is my sincerity and dedication to promptly respond.
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Qualities that are important in my success are Self-confidence, Communication, Drive, Willpower, Integrity and Drive.
