Graceful Spaces organizing is professional home organizing reinvented. We believe that organization shouldn’t be an ongoing battle—it’s a life-changing system tailor-fit to your unique family. Our services empower clients to use their home to its maximum potential from day one through custom, whole-home organizing, emphasizing function and sustainability. We are driven by a mission to create purposeful and beautiful spaces that foster a sense of peace and balance in the home. Our process goes beyond traditional methods to provide everything from custom CAD designs to our Fresh Start program, which gets clients fully moved in and organized in a little as one to two weeks by sourcing and installing over 3000 personal household essentials.
Rebecka and Christina founded Graceful Spaces in February 2017. Juggling a work life balance with young families and children under 5, they joined the new wave of home organization and worked to organically establish a boutique firm.
In 2018, Graceful Spaces hired its first full-time employee.
In 2019, the team developed a unique product calculator that would catalog every item brought into a home, providing accurate quotes for clients.
In March 2020, the company maintained its six-person team during quarantine and launched a successful series of virtual organizing courses—Gracefully Organized.
In April 2020, Graceful Spaces resumed in-home services and began offering Building Luxe, where the team worked alongside contractors to develop custom solutions for new builds.
In 2020 the company saw a 20% increase in revenue, an exceptional milestone for an in-home service during a pandemic run by a team of moms balancing work with virtual learning.
In 2021, the team extended hours to accommodate a steady stream of clients and saw a 100% growth from the previous year. Graceful Spaces also launched Fresh Start, a concierge-style service for clients moving into new homes.
Graceful Spaces launched a new training series for organizers in February 2022.
In May 2022, the company will expand to Charleston, South Carolina.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Over five years, we’ve experienced a series of challenges and expect to always find growth opportunities along the way. We hope to grow and get stronger through every challenge we take on.
Starting a new company, it was critical we establish creditability and differentiate ourselves. A Graceful Spaces client is no stranger to wearing a lot of hats. She knows her time is valuable. She’ll gladly invest in solutions that promote healthy, sustainable habits that support her ambitious goals (she has multiple homes and properties and surrounds herself with people who have the same). Promises to take away stress aren’t as enticing to her because she wants to feel energized and supported. Sometimes the Pinterest pin doesn’t translate to her actual daily needs. She wants a tasteful, refined design with customizations that she will actually use.
Our client wants to give her children good habits without constantly staying on top of the family to keep it up. She and her husband enjoy investing in new properties and moving to new places. But they need the right support system to pull it off—she’d love a go-to expert to hire on repeat.
We honor the client’s investment in our services through custom systems that grow with the family. We aspire to challenge and change the expectations around home organization.
She has some hesitations. She’s been burned before by companies who are all talk and no work—it’s vital that the people she hires can deliver. Organizing can be an emotional and intimate process, and she won’t let just anybody into her home. She needs to trust that they can capture her taste without being micromanaged and catch any household staff up to speed. Investing is not a problem—quality is worth it—but she does want to make sure she won’t need to do the whole process over again in a few years when her kids become teenagers.
This client will love us because we pair form with function to fit the flow of her house and bring harmony to every space. She most likely heard about us from a friend, giving her immediate trust in our life-changing services. Our zones and systems are intuitive and sustainable, so she’ll see amazing value year after year. We provide an elevated experience that reflects the investment she’s making in her home. By anticipating her needs and diving beneath the surface to get a fundamental understanding of what she needs in an organizational system, we can offer concierge-level service that takes the weight off of her shoulders.
At three years, we were thrilled to have a full team and steady client list, booked 3-4 months in advance but March 2020 we, like every other small business, were forced to learn and grow through Covid. We leaned on our online courses – a vision that had started 12 months earlier to provide opportunities if we were ever to not be able to be in-homes. A vision we couldn’t have known would be so valuable.
Adapting and changing throughout covid was a monthly conversation. We will always be grateful for the trust from our clients and our team as we navigated through a pandemic with an in-home service and a team of moms who were schooling at home. We are proud to have seen a 20% growth during 2020 and 100% growth in 2021 and we believe it was because of the support from our clients, team members and partners that this was possible.
Our next challenge and growth will be expanding our company to a new state. Scaling and growing teams in two cities while maintaining the high standards of excellence for our clients.

We are a part of a dynamic and growing city! Being a small part of such a creative culture is motivating and inspiring. Almost every individual in Austin is welcoming and friendly! As a small business, we have felt so much support from our community and we enjoy being able to support others as well!
Things about the industry that we find frustrating:
A lack of transparency in the industry, especially around what something is really going to cost.
Companies that make it hard for mothers to accommodate their children’s schedules and find fulfillment doing work they love.
Customized solutions that don’t fit the client’s needs, making it hard for them to use a space to its full potential.
Companies that claim luxury but fail to deliver on this promise, either through how they present themselves, the standards they hold, or the service they provide. Everyone wants to claim luxury status but not the work involved—we go the extra mile to prove our elevated status every day.
