Hi Irina, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I am the founder of Academy of MotivAction™. It is Neuro-Science based training for entrepreneurs, thought leaders and People Committed To Personal and Professional Growth. We use tools and techniques from behavior research and science to create hugely successful life and businesses. My personal journey for the last 20 years has been a worldwide quest to understand what makes a great entrepreneur and person so successful.
Through running my own businesses, learning from many amazing mentors, I have been blessed with many experiences, challenges, and lessons.
I obtained my MBA at the age of 21, the same year I started my first business. Now, I am not only a business owner of multiple businesses, I am also a Certified Business Coach, Certified Master Coach and Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Quantum Timeline Therapy and Hypnosis.
In 2018, after only two years in a male-dominated industry, I reached the top 1.6% of all women-owned businesses.
Success came with burn out, feeling unhappy, uncertain and dissatisfied.
I know – all the struggles that businesses have usually come down to three things:
1. Time. You don’t have control over your time. There is no time management. There is self-management.
2. People. You are frustrated with your employees, customers, vendors, or partners. They don’t seem to listen, understand you or following through with their actions. You’re not all on the same page.
3. Money. Simply not enough
However, the only thing was holding me back from the business and life of my dreams was me, and more specifically, my beliefs, my habits, my mindset and my skillset.
Through hands on experience, I have developed a practical but thorough method to help straighten and re-energize myself and now others to be successful. This is not another silver bullet. It contains very little theory. It is based on real-world experience. Practical wisdom and timeless truth. Most importantly, it works.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I know we have all been in a situation when you feel the need for your phone to ring. You look at your phone, almost hypnotizing it so it will ring to make a sale. And it doesn’t, does it? Or it does… but not as much as you want. That was the time when I committed to do networking as a way to grow my business. It was the last thing I wanted to do, which means it was exactly what I needed to do: for my business… to make sales and for myself. I had a mission to meet new people, make friends, build connections. You know, don’t you… some of the networking events can be awful. Parties full of strangers can be intimidating.
One time, I’ve walked into a crowded room full of strangers, where everybody seemed to know each other. I was the outsider. The outsider who hated to talk to strangers. I was afraid of being rejected, afraid being told no, or worse, afraid of being made fun of. I felt very uncertain with so many obstacles in my way. Because I look different, I dress up different, I speak different, I sound different. Here I am, standing at the door, looking around, and not seeing any familiar faces… I didn’t know how to get connected to those strangers.
I embraced what makes me different. Leaned into the fear and pushed through it.
I build my company fast, and just in two years, I reached top 1.6% of all woman-owned businesses in the United States. That fear of being rejected, afraid being told no, or worse, afraid of being made fun of. Turned into confidence, and later into competence. Obstacles in my way made me stronger, helped me grow and lead to opportunities and success.

Are there any books, apps, podcasts or blogs that help you do your best?
I love reading and listening to books. My goal is to read 2-4 books a month. Most recent books are: Brainfluence by Roger Dooley, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey, Words That Change Minds by Shelle Rose Charvet, The 10X Rule by Grant Cardone. I also use BrainTap app daily. Braintapping is a quick and easy way to relax, reboot and revitalize by simply optimizing my brain’s peak potential.
