Today we’d like to introduce you to Melanie Ginsburg.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
In 2016, I decided I wanted to start my own business – but I had absolutely no idea how! So I decided to volunteer at a business conference so I could learn everything I needed to know. The scariest part? The business conference was in Bangkok, Thailand.
My plan was to attend the conference and then stay in Southeast Asia while I implemented what I learned since I knew that the lower cost of living would buy me more time to turn my business profitable.
And it worked!
I started a marketing agency and spent the next three years traveling and working all over the world, funded 100% by my business.
In 2019, I knew it was time to plant roots, so I moved to Austin, TX. A year later, I met my now-fiancé and he opened my eyes to the world of real estate. Even more, he introduced me to a company that would allow me to use my marketing skills to not only help my real estate clients but also help other real estate agents help THEIR real estate clients. Since helping people is my favorite thing ever, becoming a REALTOR was a no-brainer!
Now, I run our business with him, helping over 100 agents help more people and earn more money while also helping anyone in Austin buy their dream home or sell their house for top dollar!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
There’s no such thing as a smooth road in entrepreneurship! For me, the hardest part is always at the beginning. With both my marketing agency and my real estate business, I had many months at the beginning where my confidence was low, my to-do list was overwhelming, and my income was not consistent. The biggest thing that helped me (in both situations) was surrounding myself with other friends and mentors that already achieved what I was working on. Not only were they able to give practical and helpful advice (which saved me the time AND the frustration of struggling alone), seeing their success always inspired me to keep going, even when I wanted to give up.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?

Because we have such an expansive team, I’m able to help anyone buy or sell their home in all 50 states and even 20 countries!
As a co-founder of the group, I do everything I can to teach, train and support the agents that join us. We specialize in helping Realtors get more leads (which means more clients) AND to earn more money through our unique compensation plan.
We believe that everyone deserves to feel like a King or Queen and that abundance is our birthright!! There’s enough to go around, and I’m super passionate about helping everyone on my team not only achieve their financial goals but exceed them as well!
In the real estate world, most team leads take a large portion from the agents, which doesn’t seem fair to me at all. I love that I’m able to offer all of the coaching and resources to my team without them having to lose a single penny!

Can you share something surprising about yourself?
Something that most people find surprising about me is that I’m a huge introvert. My work and brand are super loud and outgoing, and my true personality is definitely really upbeat and bubbly. But my ideal weekend is spent hanging out with my fiancé and dog, going for a long hike or bike ride (alone), and reading a good book. I can turn myself “on” when I need to, but big networking events are super draining to me!
