Hi Dequint, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Using the trials and tribulations I endured as a kid to fuel my creative process, knowledge on life, as well as a survival tool to cope and deal with my poverty-stricken life, lol. I used those memories as a Young Nigga to embody this alter ego or alias to be the voice of peers and other struggling kids in society trying to figure it out while attempting to find a purpose.
Hanging around older people that didn’t really know my name but I was always in the mix so I was allowed to kicc it. I was always “ayye Dat boy” can rap, or “Lil Youngin spit something” I kinda naturally adopted the nickname (not like I had one anyway).
The BeYou is the younger part of me tellin my older self not to deviate or change who I am or was, stay true to self and that hopefully will motivate others to do the same…

Whacc music and hearing Courtney Whiteside was from Austin, Texas thru his very descriptive bars and genuine lyrics made it authentic to me and I was captivated ever since with creating my own tunes.
SXSW, Tour with Maxo Kream, father, the cool kids, beat king, Killa Kyleon, don trip, starlito, boosie, 2chains and more.
My overall goal is to build a fan base that I can unload this massive archive of music on, hoping to reach and influence with my personal lyrical reflection of life.
I started my own production company which is a syndicate of talented songwriters, producers and engineers to help mold and bring attention to further develop upcoming inspiring artists within Austin community.
I breed dogs and also a professional boxer.
On top of having my own clothing line.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It’s been what it is, lol. My mama getting killed by the police at a young age left me to fend for myself and learn how to survive and pick up skills that others my age DIDNT have.
Homeless, broke…. morally beaten still found a way to graduate and put smiles on people’s faces, never allowing my situation to dictate my overall route for life.

I’m known for being in Austin supergroup team next… Ima proud father dressing cool and beaten up Bullys, lol.
I’m known for my resilience.
I will be exactly who I am and let people make their own judgment but regardless good or bad, I keep chasing my goals.

Seeing other people happy.
Achieving new goals.
My son’s happiness.
