Today we’d like to introduce you to Jose Sanchez.
Hi Jose, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I got mine during COVID. July 9th, 2020 while the whole world was uncertain about the virus and the shortage of food and toilet paper. I was in my apartment creating a Double X Digital, this is a company I created that focus on doing digital marketing for HVAC companies nationwide. What we do for Air conditioning companies is we generate their lead, we all call the leads and book estimate appointments for residential replacement jobs. Each job brings in for $3k-$6k to the company and on average we provide around 10 jobs per month.
I have studied neuroscience, influence, persuasion and closing. I’ve learned from some of the best in the game such as Grant Cardone Tony Robbins, Brian Tracy and many more.
My life took off soon after I started this company, within our first 10 months in business I and sold 1 million dollars worth of our service averaging around 40% profit margins. At that time I had no idea that I had created freedom for myself. Fast forward till today I live in Medellin Colombia and travel back to Dallas Texas once a month.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Doing great things will never have a smooth path. The biggest challenges I experienced were when I started. No one believed in me, a lot of people doubted my ability to create a company that would turn around and be profitable with in the first year.
I also experienced a lot of stress and rejection that disturbed my peace of mind.
