Today we’d like to introduce you to SarahJo Campos.
Hi SarahJo, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I’m really just a small town girl from a town nobody even hears about, as a young kid I was well known as an all-around athlete! I did many news interviews and came out in the paper and now as an agency owner and upcoming model I feel now I am really living the dream. Where I come from nobody really gets out and I was glad I did. I met my partner and that brought me to the Bay Area and I really wouldn’t have it any other way. God has blessed me tremendously and I embrace the journey I was put through because I wouldn’t be where I am today!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I can’t say the road was easy because when is it ever? I do believe everyone goes through their own trials and tribulations in whatever they do, but it’s all about the comeback and when you’re able to keep doing that every time you get in a struggle you’ll be alright every time. I put most of my trust in god so I know he has my back whenever it’s needed. Everything happens for a reason
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I model for multiple brands out here in California from clothes, lashes, bags, tooth gems, and many more. I work with a few brands out of state as well as modeling for photographers here in the bay! I guest model for events and I also own a modeling agency where I manage about 14 girls and 3 guys. We host events as an agency and my models do their own thing on the side as well. I feel like all the women and men apart of my agency are exactly where they’re supposed to be and I hope I can do everything I can to help everyone succeed!
What was your favorite childhood memory?
Really just getting together with all my family for holidays at my welos, as my family has grown apart and we got older I can’t even tell you the last time I remember all the family in one place. I do miss that and definitely pick that as one of my favorite memories as a child!
