Rising Stars: Meet Fran Pedron

Today we’d like to introduce you to Fran Pedron. Them and their team share their story with us below:

Fran Pedron was born in Alaska & raised in Texas. After years of success in the business world, she was abruptly unemployed at the age of 43 due to corporate downsizing. Faced with the challenge of putting food on the table, paying bills, and living life as she had become accustomed, she was faced with the question, “What now?”

With abrupt change comes devastation, and Fran knew immediately that security had to be put into place and didn’t know where to start. Like so many women she heard in the past say—I cannot have what I desire most because… “I can’t make enough money to support myself.” “Who will hire me now?” “I am afraid to venture out” and so on. She knew her prior experience could be used to her advantage—and wanted to make sure women had answers before those statements were made. She knew where they were coming from, but she also knew she could make her dreams a reality.

Out of that destruction, Fran Pedron & Company was born. Where women professionally and personally design their lifestyle to be lived with intentioned purpose.

Fran holds certifications in Spiritual Coaching and ThetaHealing. She holds Master of Arts and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degrees. She has been an Executive Contributor for Brainz Magazine and is a CREA recipient. She has had experience in the insurance, accounting, communications and technology industries.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
This road definitely has not been smooth, albeit a delicious life journey. Every event takes you further along, to meet what’s in your heart or keep you tethered until the lesson is learned. Those lessons begin in a hushed whisper and eventually have the megaphone loudness of a lion’s jungle roar.

I’ve lived in different places around the U.S., from Alaska to Tennessee and Arizona to Texas. People come from many different places. They cross your path to expand ‘you’ so you can get closer to your heart’s path. If—that path is in conflict with your mind—i.e. judgments and more, you can spend a lot of time spinning your wheels to accomplish diverse experiences without ever reaching what you’re goal.

I was taught to build a resume via Corporate America. When all the while, coaching is my lifeblood. Trauma doesn’t have to happen for a person to find what is truly in their heart. I’m very grateful for my experience, and because of it, I identify with women around the globe who are searching for answers.

I’ve built several streams of income wherever I’ve traveled. Learning the local lingo sometimes distracts you from your heart’s mission.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
In Performance Coaching, we focus on foundations and look at how the client is connected to his/her processes and outcomes. As a professional, you want to be respected, paid for your expertise and how you serve your profession, satisfied that you made the right choice for your lifestyle, etc. As a human being, you want to live life with cohesion for your choices—individually and professionally. The foundations which connect the two are always the same.

Those foundations are built upon who you are—not who you think you are. Authenticity and confidence make up the pieces the world sees. Those pieces are built upon beliefs, generational habits & so much more. They drive why you’re stuck. Leveling up to your next success doesn’t happen or produce the desired outcomes, which go by the wayside. Everyone wonders why they aren’t making their next steps—the reason is simple, the journey to that reason is complicated.

When you’re looking for guidance, mentorship, analysis & solutions — for individuals & groups—those are offered through speaking events, coaching, &/or publication via created programs, sessions & more. Clients leave knowing where their issues lie. Through discovery and analysis, they know the problem and have a solution to address it. They take tools with them, which help them course-correct when needed. They also know they aren’t thrown to the wolves without having an option to gain a viable solution.

I am most proud of so much. I chose a course-correct. Twenty years after graduating high school, I gained my first degree and eleven years later my second. I’ve added several certifications to become a Certified Spiritual Coach.

What sets me apart is I use proven tools combined with intuition to help my clients. We start where you are now and explore where you think you are. Very quickly, we ferret out the challenge. I offer clients a safe, confidential place in which to explore, make discoveries and take away solutions specifically designed for them to use after they walk away make plans to grow where they want to achieve.

Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
Biggest piece of advice I would offer someone – Go for IT and don’t look back!

Then breath… Do your research. Know why you’re going for what your heart is screaming for you to do.

Just DO It!
