Today we’d like to introduce you to Bianca Palma and Justyn Lewis.
Hi Bianca and Justyn, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Justyn had always been a creative person with a love for fries and dipping sauces. When he was younger, he would cook up all sorts of sauces for his family and friends. They were always amazed at what he could create with just a few simple ingredients. While growing up Justyn had the opportunity to travel the world and one of his favorite places to visit was the Amerstamdam fry shops. They always had a wide array of sauces to choose from to go with your fries.
After retiring from the Army Justyn was looking for the next step in his career And so, Sauced Up Fryz was born. It didn’t take long for Justyn to start working on making his dream a reality. With the help of his wife they were able to get a Food Truck and start cooking up some fries and sauces.

Our sauces are especially popular and people are raving about how tasty they are with our crispy fries. Some even said that they were some of the best sauces they had ever tasted!
After becoming successful with our Food Truck we are fortunate enough to expand to a brick and mortar.
We have chosen a prime location in the heart of Austin, and are stocked up on all the sauces and proteins your heart can desire.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Learning how to use the food truck was a journey but we always managed to get it on for the events Each time it would be a small probably but would give us a mini heart attack because we thought it wouldn’t turn on but it always does. We also get help from other food truckers when they see us struggling. The food truck community is great and helpful.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We are the owners of the food truck and have come up with all the recipes for the sauces we make fresh hand-cut fries with delicious proteins, toppings and savory sauces. Our sauces set us apart from everyone because we created them. Being able to work with family is great. We got the best sauces and fries!
Who else deserves credit in your story?
My mother gave us the food truck and continues to give us restaurant wisdom. My brothers give us support by always being able to help when we need it. My sister and friends have been our biggest cheerleaders online always sharing and liking what we post on social media.
