Today we’d like to introduce you to Zee Lee.
Hi Zee, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
The pandemic was more of an inspiration than ever before. Owning a tea business has always been a passion of mine. However, I never had the opportunity or courage to do it. During the pandemic’s peak, everyone was working from home, the city was on a complete lockdown, and there was nothing left to do but research and educate. I began asking those around me, including my co-worker, questions regarding their favorite teas and whether they would prefer tea over coffee. To my surprise, I found more people loved tea over coffee; however, they felt tea didn’t offer the same caffeine as coffee, which was their only reason for coffee consumption. From there, I went on a two-year journey of researching teas, their benefits, the ranges of caffeine they offered, and the local tea business. To my surprise, there was plenty of information about tea. However, there were no local stores to purchase loose tea at an affordable price. I also found that many needed to be more knowledgeable and educated about tea than they thought; hence tea doesn’t offer as much caffeine as coffee. In February of 2022, I decided to birth my vision, and A Sip of Faith was born.
You wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been smooth?
The road has not been easy. Our first struggle was finding the perfect supplier for our packaging needs. Because we strive for excellence and wanted something other than the ordinary shipping/packaging look, this was a huge issue. Our business’s biggest struggle thus far, as most businesses do, is getting the word out. We are still new to the area and Texas. Therefore it takes a lot of work to get the word out.
We’ve been impressed with A Sip of Faith LLC, but for folks who might need to be more familiar, what can you share about what you do and what sets you apart?
A Sip of Faith LLC is an online tea store that offers Organic and Herbal Tea leaves that can be self-brewed for hot or cold tea consumption. Although online, A Sip of Faith LLC provides a more simplistic yet elegant look so that our consumers may find it simple and easy to navigate through the store. We strive to offer great customer service, fast delivery time, and a good price/quality ratio. We also ensure our customers feel special and appreciated when ordering with us. This shows in our attention to detail with every package mailed out to our customers. Our teas are great for individuals who love tea, those looking for other options outside of the coffee world, and those seeking the Health & Wellness benefits of organic & herbal tea. We believe in, as our motto says, “Promoting Health & Wellness, One Sip At A Time,” which is why we also created Kettle Talk.
