Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Nancy St. Peter. She shared her story with us below:
Dr. Nancy St. Peter is originally from Oregon but has lived in Texas for almost 30 years. She fell in love with Texas pretty quickly. She worked hard through college and vet school and has dedicated her life to animal care. After practicing Veterinary Medicine for several years, she decided she wanted to build a business and much more. It has more of a home-type feel, filled with love and compassion. Her excellent team has become family, and she states that Granger Veterinary Hospital would not have been successful without their hard work and support. The staff takes enormous pride in what they do and are so proud of what they’ve accomplished.
Alright, let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what challenges have you had to overcome?
One of the biggest challenges in veterinary medicine is filling the appropriate hospital positions. Since the COVID pandemic began, the pet population has increased substantially, and there are not enough veterinarians and veterinary technicians to accommodate the vast population.

Granger Veterinary Hospital is the first veterinary hospital in Granger, Texas. We offer a variety of services for small animals, including general exams, vaccinations, treating various illnesses, diagnostic lab work, radiographs, spaying, neutering, dental care, mass removals, and more. We are so proud of our team and how much we have grown in such a short amount of time.
