We’re looking forward to introducing you to Alexandra Hugley. Check out our conversation below.
Hi Alexandra, thank you for taking the time to reflect back on your journey with us. I think our readers are in for a real treat. There is so much we can all learn from each other and so thank you again for opening up with us. Let’s get into it: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
I LOVE a slow morning. The first 90 minutes of my day is extremely intentional and focused on connection. . I do not like feeling rushed in the morning and my mornings are about pouring into myself before I pour into others so I like to take my time. When my alarm goes off I usually stretch, drink some water. Then I take my dog on a walk to get my body up and moving and get sunshine on my face. Then I eat breakfast and take my supplements. Then from there I start emotionally connecting to & visualizing little micro moments that I experienced the day prior that prove that the little brain reprogramming statements that I am programming into my subconscious are true. Then I do a wealth visualization meditation and an energy recovery & protection. Once all that is complete I go grab a coffee and do my skincare, brush teeth and get ready for the day.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi! My name is Alexandra Leigh, and I’m a coach for spiritual creatives who are ready to unlock their gifts, step into their authority, and turn their passions into thriving businesses. I combine grounded business strategy with deep energetic alignment, helping my clients create success that feels inevitable because it’s rooted in who they truly are.
What makes my brand unique is that I don’t hand out formulas. I help people discover the clarity and confidence to build businesses that feel like a true extension of their soul. I approach each client differently and help them build their businesses based on their unique energetic blueprint so they can thrive being their most authentic & abundant self in business. My own path has been one of bold reinvention and learning to trust my gifts fully, which allows me to guide others from both experience and intuition.
Right now, I’m expanding my private coaching work and quietly nurturing a much bigger vision that I’ll be revealing in the near future. Think global. luxurious, and transformational.
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
A moment that really shaped how I see the world was the season I found myself at rock bottom. Financially, emotionally, and spiritually. I had just walked away from a career path that no longer fit, and the stability I thought I could rely on vanished almost overnight. I remember sitting in my apartment, staring at bills I couldn’t pay, and realizing that no one was coming to save me. It was terrifying and strangely liberating at the same time.
That rupture forced me to see that safety was never going to come from the outside. If I wanted a different life, I had to become the source of my own stability. I had to trust my gifts, my vision, and the part of me that always knew I was here for something bigger. That moment taught me that breakdowns are actually initiations. They strip away everything false so that you can finally meet yourself.
Since then, I don’t look at challenges as setbacks, I see them as thresholds. The world isn’t punishing us when things fall apart; it’s inviting us to rise into the authority we didn’t even realize we had.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Yes OMG there have been a few LOL. One time I had reached a point where it felt like I was giving everything I had and still not seeing the results I wanted. It was exhausting, and the thought of walking away felt like relief for a moment.
But then I realized that if I quit, I wasn’t just quitting a business idea, I’d be abandoning the very part of me that had been fighting to come alive. And that felt heavier than the struggle itself. So instead of giving up, I took a step back and asked myself: What actually feels aligned for me? What do I want to build in a way that I can stand behind fully?
That pause shifted everything. I stopped trying to do things the way I thought I “should,” and I started leading from my own clarity and conviction. The moment I made that choice, the pressure to prove myself lifted, and I began to create from a much deeper place.
Looking back, that near-breaking point was the initiation I needed. It stripped me down to the truth: I wasn’t meant to quit, I was meant to rebuild from alignment.
Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What are the biggest lies your industry tells itself?
One of the biggest lies my industry tells itself is that success comes from following someone else’s formula. There is no one size fits all when it comes to business because everyone’s purpose is different and so are the gifts we all have to offer so naturally we all operate differently. The coaching and creative space is flooded with “proven frameworks” and “5-step blueprints,” but what actually works for one person often flattens the genius of another. The key is to find a way to work with your natural energetic blueprint. This is what I do with my clients.
Another lie is that lowering your prices or softening your message will make you more accessible or likable. In reality, it dilutes your power and attracts clients who aren’t ready to rise. The truth is, the industry doesn’t need more watered-down voices, it needs leaders who are brave enough to stand in their authority and build businesses that reflect their unique essence.
At the end of the day, the biggest myth is that you have to become someone else to succeed. You don’t. The entire point is to become more of who you are and let your business flow from that.
Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. What do you understand deeply that most people don’t?
What I understand deeply that most people don’t is that clarity doesn’t come first…commitment does. You have to just leap. Most people wait to feel certain before they move, but certainty is actually created through moving. The world reflects back proof once you’ve already decided.
I also understand that alignment isn’t about comfort. A lot of people think if something feels hard or stretches them, it must not be “aligned.” But in reality, alignment often feels like intensity, it asks you to expand, to shed who you’ve been, and to hold yourself at a higher level. That’s where the growth is.
So while most people are waiting for clarity or comfort to give them permission, I’ve learned that the breakthrough only comes when you stop waiting and start leading yourself first.
