Tiffanie Daniel shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.
Good morning Tiffanie, we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: What are you being called to do now, that you may have been afraid of before?
I’m being called to show up bigger and louder with my voice; through public speaking, podcasting, and sharing my story at scale. For a long time, I stayed behind the scenes, coaching quietly, building products, and letting my work speak for itself. Honestly, there was fear there: fear of being “too much,” fear of not having all the answers, fear of putting my work and entrepreneurial worlds side-by-side. But now I see that my lived experience is exactly what people need. The discipline, the motherhood juggle, the business building, and the constant push for balance. All of that gives me a unique perspective. So I’m leaning into speaking, launching my podcast, and showing my face and voice more in my brands. It feels like a stretch, but it also feels like the next right step in serving the women and communities I care about.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Tiffanie Daniel, an author, speaker, coach, and multi-brand entrepreneur. At my core, I help women reclaim their time, strengthen their bodies, and achieve their goals through my coaching pillars of, Time, Body, and Goal (TBG). What makes my journey unique is that I bring together lessons from my military career, motherhood, and entrepreneurship into everything I do. I believe in being real, so no sugarcoating, no fluff, just practical strategies mixed with a lot of heart.
Beyond coaching, I run Rashel Made It, it’s where most people know me from. Rashel Made It is my customization and merchandise company, and I have an upcoming brand where I will publish books and activity content for adults and children. All of these brands connect to a bigger mission: showing people that you do have time for the things that matter, and that success doesn’t have to come at the cost of your well-being.
Right now, I’m especially excited about my upcoming book Girl, You’ve Got Time for That! and the launch of my new podcast, Life Uncharted with Tiffanie. Both give me a chance to share the mindset, tools, and real-life stories that help people navigate busy lives with purpose and confidence.
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?
The part of me that has served its purpose and now needs to be released is the version of myself that thought she had to do everything alone. For years, I carried the weight of being the strong one, in the military, in my family, in business. That independence served me well, but it also kept me from asking for help, leaning on others, or allowing collaboration to truly flourish.
Now, I recognize that growth happens in community. I don’t have to prove my strength by doing it all myself anymore. Releasing that mindset opens me up to building teams, partnerships, and support systems that make the work bigger than me. It’s freeing to let go of the “lone warrior” role and step into the role of leader, collaborator, and visionary.
What fear has held you back the most in your life?
The fear that has held me back the most is the fear of being seen and fully owning my voice. I’ve always been strong behind the scenes! Organizing, strategizing, and building but putting myself at the forefront felt intimidating. I worried about judgment, about not being “enough,” and about whether my story really mattered.
What I’ve learned is that visibility is service. By hiding, I wasn’t helping anyone. Now, as I launch my podcast, step onto stages, and show up more boldly in my coaching and writing, I see that sharing my story is the bridge that connects me to the people I’m meant to help. That fear still whispers sometimes, but I’ve learned to move with it, because the work I’m called to do is bigger than my comfort zone.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What important truth do very few people agree with you on?
An important truth that I believe, and that not everyone agrees with is that you can’t actually manage time. Time is fixed. We all get the same 24 hours in a day. What you can manage is yourself, your energy, your focus, your priorities, and your mindset.
People spend so much energy trying to “control” time with endless planners, apps, and schedules. But if you’re not managing yourself first, those tools won’t save you. That’s why I created my CEO Schedule Method and why my upcoming book Girl, You’ve Got Time for That! focuses on self-management. It’s not about squeezing more tasks into the day; it’s about aligning your choices with your values so that your time actually reflects the life you want to live.
When people hear that for the first time, it can feel uncomfortable because it means the responsibility shifts from the clock to you. But once you embrace that, it’s incredibly freeing.
Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. Are you tap dancing to work? Have you been that level of excited at any point in your career? If so, please tell us about those days.
Yes, absolutely! Right now feels like that season for me. I’ve served in the military for over two decades, and while that career shaped me and gave me so many tools, it also meant a lot of my energy went toward serving within a system. Now, I’m transitioning my focus into my own ventures, coaching, writing, speaking, and building brands that reflect my values and passions.
There’s something incredibly energizing about waking up and knowing that the work I’m doing today is fully mine. I get to pour into the projects I’ve dreamed about for years: launching my podcast, finishing books that have been on my heart, creating functional stationery products, and helping women through Time, Body, and Goal coaching. It feels like all the pieces of my journey, the discipline, the leadership, the lessons, are coming together, and I finally get to give my all to the things that light me up.
It’s not just “going to work” anymore, it’s building a legacy. That makes me tap dance every single day.
