We’re looking forward to introducing you to Tylee Personett. Check out our conversation below.
Tylee, really appreciate you sharing your stories and insights with us. The world would have so much more understanding and empathy if we all were a bit more open about our stories and how they have helped shaped our journey and worldview. Let’s jump in with a fun one: Have any recent moments made you laugh or feel proud?
I’m honestly so proud of finally publishing The Whole-Body Wellness Blueprint. The last time we talked, it was just an idea I was dreaming into reality, and now it’s LIVE and out in the world, and actually changing lives. It’s wild.
The Whole-Body Wellness Blueprint isn’t just another online course or guided wellness journal. Humaning can be hard, and personal development is deeply unique and individual. The Wellness Blueprint is truly a self-discovery experience, built around the pillars I coach every single day: nervous system regulation, movement and embodiment, nourishment, mindset, and intuition. These tools keep us grounded in sustainable well-being and thriving. Now there is a framework to come back to again and again.
Another thing I feel proud and been honored to experience are all the yoga teacher trainings and modules I’ve been able to teach. I’m proud to be apart of a community committed to feeling good. I’m proud to be able to show my kids (without words) the importance of taking care of one another.
As for what’s next? It feels like I’m just getting started. I’m expanding my Wellness Within community, creating more workshops and retreats, and finding new ways to bring these practices into people’s lives. The Wellness Blueprint has laid the foundation, but this next chapter is all about gentle expansion, freedom and creativity, and making an authentic impact.
It’s about being fully myself, and trusting that that is more than enough.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Tylee, a Whole-Body Wellness Coach, yoga teacher, and the creator of The Whole-Body Wellness Blueprint. My work is centered on guiding people back to themselves through nervous system regulation, mindful movement, nourishment, mindset, and intuition. These pillars aren’t just ideas I talk about; they’re practices I live and coach every day.
The Wellness Blueprint grew out of years of personal self-discovery during a time in my life when I felt completely lost. I began listening inward, tracking what actually calmed my nervous system, and testing small consistent rituals that rebuilt trust from the inside out. Over time those lived experiments formed a clear framework that supports real transformation and helps people feel at home in their bodies again.
Right now, I’m focused on expanding my Wellness Within community, hosting workshops and retreats, and continuing to create spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies, their intuition, and their sense of wholeness. For me, this work isn’t about quick fixes, we are building lasting practices that help people feel at home in themselves again.
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
When I was little, my grandma used to tell me I could do or be anything I wanted in the world. At the time, it felt like one of those sweet things adults say to children, not something I fully believed. For most of my life, I carried MANY doubts about what was possible for me, and I don’t have many memories of joy even when I was achieving. It wasn’t until the past year or so that I began to understand the truth of what she told me.
Through intention, consistent practice, and working with energy, I’ve literally seen (and experienced) how much power we hold in shaping our lives. I’ve learned that I really can do whatever I want, within reason, as long as I am aligned, resourced, and willing to show up for the process.
That shifts everything, and it feels good to believe. Chasing every dream at once can be overwhelming, but making choices one step at a time with clarity, intention, and trust has helped create life long change.
What fear has held you back the most in your life?
The fear that’s held me back the most is still the fear of being truly seen. I’ve always felt misunderstood, and honestly, part of that comes from being a competitive gymnast when I was young. I was really good, but along with the achievements came the shame, and people’s comments about “showing off” or being too much stuck with me in ways I didn’t even realize. For years, I tried to shrink, and to keep the gifts inside me hidden.
Speaking my truth has been one of the most powerful acts I’ve learned. The yoga community has been a huge part of finding people who have also felt othered, judged, or out of place. My community reminds me over and over that I’m not alone in any of this. I’ve learned to drop the doing, stop overthinking, and trust my gifts, my intuition, and my voice.
The fear still creeps in sometimes, but it doesn’t run my life anymore. I now know it’s a signal that I’m stepping into something bigger, and that I am showing up more fully. That’s a beautiful thing. I’m living the work I coach, and being seen doesn’t mean perfect and polished. I’m here to fully be human – curious, messy at times, and unapologetically myself.
Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What important truth do very few people agree with you on?
That healing isn’t about fixing yourself, but finding yourself, because you were never broken in the first place.
The paradox: yes, I create and sell offerings within the wellness space. I coach clients and host trainings that all involve the energetic exchanges of money. But my work will never be about dangling a shiny “you’ll finally be whole if you buy this” carrot. I’ve watched, for yearsss, many people around me struggle with this concept. That game is exhausted, and has very obviously not worked for a lot of people.
Recognizing patterns within people and zooming out, showed me the tools, practices, and resources. I believe health and wellness should ALL feel accessible, affordable, and supportive. My intention is to design what I share as invitations to explore deeper within yourself. Nothing is requirements, though you have to commit to showing up for yourself. For doing the work and getting really honest with how you feel.
Because the truth is, you already carry the wisdom to heal. Your body knows. Your nervous system knows. Your intuition knows. The tools I create? Beautiful, digestible reflections to remind you of your own power.
True holistic healing is about returning to balance, over and over, and remembering you already are.
Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: When do you feel most at peace?
On my yoga mat. In my home. With my plants, my dog, my husband, my kids. When I’m creating something I love, or making food with intention. The everyday moments that feel like little rituals.
I’ve learned that peace doesn’t come from doing more more more, but from slowing down enough to savor what’s right in front of me.
The luxury I seek isn’t flashy; it’s safety, comfort, and ease. Space to breathe deeply, move my body, and to create just to be. Creating just for me.
When I let myself slow down and live in this way, life just feels good, and I’m grateful for the ability to heal.
