Today we’d like to introduce you to Just Kusko. They and their team shared their story with us below:
A Tigers mission, Kusko is a woman who goes around the world, connecting humanity through happiness. As George Carlin wisely said, “Everyone smiles in the same language.” Amidst the challenges of separation and emotional distances, Tiger Tales strives to be a beacon of joy, weaving a whimsical tiger and heartwarming stories that transcend borders and backgrounds. It’s a global movement seeking to connect humanity through the universal language of happiness. It reminds us that real connections know no bounds—whether it’s race, religion, sexual preference, or social economics. Let’s embrace the transformative power of a simple smile, as beautifully expressed by Mother Teresa: “We shall never know all the good that a simple smile can do.” A unique journey unfolds in the tiger’s eyes, sparking curiosity, spreading joy, and kindling the flame of connection. Tiger Tales is a celebration of simple acts of kindness that bring out the best in humanity. From tiger nabbing famous landmarks to committing “social good” works such as delivering books to a children’s school in Peru to help promote literacy, helping build clean water stations in Nepal, or developing “experiences” for sick children at a local children’s hospital.
Be part of the change, be inspired to change the world. Join The Tiger’s quest, and together, let’s create a tapestry of happiness and connection that spans the globe! #TigerTales #ConnectingHearts #SpreadJoy
In a world fueled by human connections, The Tiger embarks on a mission to unite over a million hearts and inspire a generation of Tigers dedicated to fostering positive connections!
It wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The road is never as I have planned; there is always something that goes wrong, from a family of lively elephants charging us on safari to getting lost in the wandering souks of Marrakesh, being accosted by the armed guards at the Tajmahal or taking ill at a village in Nepal only to have the locals make a weird concoction from roots that took me on a psychedelic journey into Willy Wonka World. But in the end, the crazy mishaps make the best stories.
Thanks – so, what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
For a day job, I work in tech, which is boring and unassuming. When I put the tiger outfit on, it’s like no one sees me; they just see a crazy, goofy tiger, and life gets way more interesting.
Before we go, can you talk to us about how people can work, collaborate, or support you?
Currently, I only post the Tiger antics on Instagram @happytigertales. My goal is to create even more positive impact moments and adventures. I am always looking to use the tiger to champion various causes and primarily fund them myself. Friends and family will, however, sponsor specific initiatives, such as involving children and providing books and supplies. I would always welcome any support or collaborations that can help raise awareness for the Tiger cause of connecting humanity through happiness or specific to targeted journeys for literacy, environmental awareness, or animal endangerment.
