Today we’d like to introduce you to Vinicius Reche.
Hi Vinicius, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Career Summary – Vinicius Reche & the Origin of RECHE Soccer AcCADEMY .
My professional journey in football began at a young age in Brazil and evolved into an 18–year career marked by dedication, resilience, and international experience. Throughout my career, I had the privilege of playing in seven different countries, competing at the highest levels and becoming a multichampion athlete. Football allowed me to visit and represent clubs across 21 different countries, shaping not only my athletic profile but also my character, worldview, and leadership.
After retiring as a professional player, I moved to Europe to continue my education, where I dedicated myself to studying coaching at an elite level. During the years I lived abroad, I completed the THE MOST IMPORTANT prestigious in the world UEFA licensing pathway, becoming the only Brazilian UEFA–licensed coach currently living in the United States. This unique combination — Brazilian creativity and European tactical methodology — has become the foundation and competitive advantage of my work.
It was from this vision that Hash Soccer was born.
The academy was founded to influence, inspire, and transform the next generation of athletes through football. Today, Hash Soccer has impacted hundreds and thousands of children, not only by developing technical and tactical skills, but by instilling essential ethical values such as:
Discipline
Leadership
Dedication
Respect
Loyalty
Above all, our philosophy teaches a life principle that guides every athlete who trains with us:
“In life, we never lose — we either win, or we learn.”
Hash Soccer exists to develop complete athletes: strong in talent, strong in character, and prepared for life on and off the field.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has been a wonderful experience. Because I have traveled all over the world and been exposed to different cultures and nationalities, it has been fun to watch the kids learn the step-by-step process of football. And not only kids, but also youth and teenagers.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Today, I work as a professional football coach, specializing in high-performance development—from the basics all the way to the advanced level of the game. Well, I believe I am known as a family man. I have five children, I’ve been married for 20 years, and I am someone with a strong faith in Jesus.
I don’t really like the word “pride,” but I feel great joy when I remember my childhood. I had a simple upbringing and went through some difficulties, and reaching the highest levels of football warms my heart.
As for what sets me apart from others, that is not something I can answer—only the people around me can. Maybe my children, my wife, my friends… I believe every professional has their own unique and personal characteristics. A good professional has multiple talents. But throughout my career as a player and now as a coach, what truly set me apart was believing in and practicing the word excellence every day of my life. And as a coach, that remains my mission—to live with excellence every single day and apply excellence to my work.
I believe that is what differentiates me from other coaches, without a doubt. What sets me apart is having a focused and unshakable mindset, with non-negotiable principles grounded in my faith and in my purpose as a father. What differentiates me is that I have the tendency to be an unstoppable person. I never lose—either I win or I learn. And that is exactly what I teach my athletes,What sets me apart is having a focused and unshakable mindset, with non-negotiable principles grounded in my faith and in my purpose as a father. I teach my athletes to always remember that direction is far more important than speed. I constantly remind them that life is a marathon, not a 100-meter race. That is why patience in the process is essential to achieving success.
In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
Without too many expectations. Expectations lead to frustration. However, daily focus on the process generates great results. This is our trend.
