Hi Abbi, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I’m the Head Mama of Workwomb!
I’m a holistic biz strategist, speaker, mentor, and mama here to help you run your dream biz on purpose. <3
I grew up unschooling, and as a teen I was a competitive figure skater, and into my 20’s, a professional actress, so I learned a LOT about falling (literally physically as a skater and emotionally & figuratively as an actress who has to face constant rejection via endless auditions.).
I learned how to put myself out there and not let rejection & falling mean anything about my potential.
Fast forward to my 30’s, and after over a decade as a holistic nutrition and yoga-teacher-turned-productivity-preacher, I founded Biz Babes Unite™, a magical force of biz kweens dodging burnout and getting the good shit done. In 2022, I introduced the crown jewel that is Workwomb™, a glowing and growing international community of babes approaching work and life from a sacred and intuitive place.
My work has taken me from Greece to Morocco to Norway to spark the minds and elevate the work of creatives from Cameron Diaz to Shape Magazine to Create & Cultivate.
I live in Austin, TX with my hot therapist hubbz and wild dream bebe.
It is such an honor to hold space for my clients who are total firestarters, go-getters and visionary lightbulbs.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
LOL.
Indeed no way smooth! Growth is not linear.
I was on an international Broadway tour at age 19, making great money and being flew around the world.
Then I quit the industry and moved to Chicago, making $12/hr nannying.
Then I founded an international adventure company, getting paid to hang out and surf in Australia.
A few years later, I resigned and was bought out of the company.
My point is, the moment we think we have it all figured out, something changes! I’ve learned to embrace change and listen to my intuition as my biggest biz coach. She always knows what is right.
We’ve been impressed with Workwomb, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

I believe our world completely flips over and slides sideways when you become a Mom. Everything you once knew about productivity and capacity and balance is shot to shit and now all you really want is to go take a shower (alone) and have someone you trust tell you this chaos is normal, that they’ve been here and that there’s a way through this labyrinth. A way that’s not just surviving, but a path that actually FEELS good, so your body, bebe and biz can flourish.
