Today we’d like to introduce you to Francisco Rodriguez.
Hi Francisco, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
After serving our country in the USN, I wanted to continue giving back to my community, this time through public service. I went on to serve for 26yrs with the Austin Police Dept.
As I approached retirement, I knew I wanted to keep working, but I was ready for a new chapter outside of law enforcement. A few years before retiring, I began taking evening classes at ACC, where I studied HVAC. During that time, I also started working evenings and weekends in the field, learning the trade every chance I could.
After 4yrs of studying and hands on experience, I earned my HVAC license. Cooling & Heating Patrol was born where my son Frankie and I have been working side by side ever since. Our way of continuing our commitment to serve our community, now through honest and reliable HVAC service.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, there has been challenges! Small crew, employee retention, long hours
We’ve been impressed with Cooling & Heating Patrol , but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
You should know that we are an honest business and complete satisfaction is our goal. We service HVAC in homes and businesses. What sets us apart is that we don’t only service customers… we built long lasting relationships with honest and fair service. What makes me the proudest is watching my son grow in this business, the heart he has shown towards customers and their financial situations.
We service our senior citizens at a discount and no charge for many services that we provide.
What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
Likes is the community we live and serve… least is the traffic
