Hi Julia, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My name is Julia or better known as the cheese girl, and I opened The Orange Table as a dream of combining charcuterie with meaningful conversations and experiences. The Orange Table started in Orange County, California in 2019, but when the pandemic hit it forced us to close shop for two years! We eventually relocated to Austin, Texas in 2022 where we began our charcuterie journey again. In a short year, we have served thousands of people all over the Austin area, providing excellence and delicious experiences!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road! We come across weekly struggles as we navigate making each event the best we can. The people in this business make it all worth it!
As you know, we’re big fans of The Orange Table. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
We are The Orange Table, serving Austin, Texas with charcuterie grazing tables, workshops and boards! We bring joy to each event by creating beautiful spreads of meats, cheeses and fruits for guests to enjoy. The Orange Table doesn’t just create charcuterie boards, we create fun party experiences by teaching workshops for birthday parties, work events, bachelorette parties and more.
We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
I don’t think luck has played a part, instead I credit God for creating this business idea inside of me and growing it to where it is today. The Lord is my strength and I am thankful for His hand on this business!

- Workshops are $45 per person with a minimum of 10 people
