I worked in bedside nursing at a large hospital for years and cared for patients through all the crazy of 2020. Many patients I treated already had pre-existing conditions and a laundry list of medications they were on. I knew there had to be a better way to manage people’s health, and I set out to find it. My partner in business and life, Joe, has an extensive background in health and fitness, and together, we firmly believe that we could help prevent the need for many medical interventions by building a healthy lifestyle. Our concept was born during the pandemic, when our primary goal was to keep as many folks as possible out of the hospitals, pushing prevention over cure. This led us to not only understand the needs of our patients but also brought us to the realization that there is so much care that can be provided in the comfort of your own space.
