Sandy , we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I have spent more than 30 years in the Senior Healthcare Industry and have been blessed with a career helping seniors and their families through the most difficult times in their lives. It has afforded me the opportunity to meet some of the most amazing people and to serve others. I have always had a dream, however, to open my own boutique and with the support of my family and friends, have bern able to make that dream come true. My passion had always been to help others and my goal for this boutique is to create a shopping experience where women feel pampered and beautiful.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Owning a small business is always a challenge! Persuading people to get out and enjoy the entire shopping experience instead if shopping online is probably one of the biggest hurdle and then competing with online Shein and Temu who provide items for a fraction of what small businesses can is another struggle. For me it is about the personal touch you will get and great quality products that will keep them coming back.
