Today we’d like to introduce you to Sarah Kadish
Hi Sarah, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I was born and raised in Austin Texas. After college and some time over seas, I found myself not wanting to just go get a job. My Parents had started their own Real Estate Company in the 80’s, so I enrolled in Real Estate School in 2006 and got my Sales Person license. I worked alongside my folks for many years learning as much as I could. After my Mom retired, I stepped in to transition us into the next phase of Kadish Properties. Last Year I got my Brokers license. Now I run our Family Real Estate Firm with my Dad.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I’ve been very lucky to have had a great experience in my industry. Being an Austin Native and a Family Business Owner has made my career really enjoyable.

Kadish Properties is a full service Real Estate Firm. We specialize in Sales, Leasing and Property Management. What sets us apart from others is we are a small Family Business that is able to give each of our Clints personal attention. Some of our clients have been with us for decades. We don’t have any other employees, it’s just family.
I’m super proud to continue the relationships my parents have spent so long creating. To be able continue the legacy of Kadish Properties is very important to me.
Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
Don’t give up. There will always be challenges and hurdles, but success is the best feeling in the world. Be proud of the work you do,
