Hi JacQuie, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I originally started as Sheer Lace Boutique in 2015 but I didn’t do my proper research and so I failed. Then I said to myself, I want to still accomplish a fashionable and successful boutique so why not try my hand at it again so I took two years to research and learn marketing for not only this business but my other businesses which are Events N Affairs (established 2014) and Wicked Minks N Brows Co. Now (est. 2016) I’m flourishing and I may have my days, but as of now I am growing and still learning everyday. I feel good about my decision to keep going.
In August 2020, I launched Chic Stash Inc where we serve all body sizes and shapes. I wear 100% of my product so my curvy girls are confident in shipping with us. It screams BOLD and it exemplifies beauty on all levels.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not a smooth road at all in fact many potholes. However, every struggle is rewarding and I’m Learning that things take time.
