Today we’d like to introduce you to Marco Sala.

Hi Marco, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, you could tell our readers some of your backstories.
We started spreading our passion for barbecue and the grill through social channels. We had the opportunity to make ourselves known, and slowly we got the chance to make live demonstrations and let people taste our preparations.

Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Has it been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has not been a smooth road, but it has certainly been an intense road that has introduced us to exciting people and realities who have the same passion as us and who have believed in us, giving us confidence and the opportunity to put ourselves on the line. I must admit that, to date, it has been and still is a beautiful journey.

Thanks – so, what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I don’t feel different from the others, I feel like the person I want to be, and every day I try to end my day satisfied with what I’ve done.

Any big plans?
In our plans, there is the will to continue this path and acquire even more experience to pass it on in our courses and our demonstrations, a small dream that I have in my drawer. Soon, we will realize they are solidarity events where we can do something concrete for less fortunate people, such as fundraising for charities through demonstrations and tastings of our barbecue and grill preparations.
