Conversations with Phoenix Stacy

Today we’d like to introduce you to Phoenix Stacy.

Hi Phoenix, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My journey into the fetish world began as a fun exploration for personal adventure. I was struggling with my own mental health and was looking for an outlet for my stress. I started online with Facebook, posting about what I liked, what I was interested in, and meeting others in the community. From there, I began receiving inquiries about selling pictures, videos, video chatting and providing in-person fetish services. This idea was intriguing so I started researching the potential of making my love for kink into a business.

I began small, just selling pictures and videos of my feet, then moved into video chatting with some and making foot fetish videos. My online presence began to grow and so I transitioned into seeing clients in person and working with photographers and producers. This is where my true love began. I realized very quickly that what I was providing for people was not just about letting people play with my feet. Foot fetish is the largest fetish in the world and, yet, the majority of people that have a foot fetish are ashamed or embarrassed by it. I was able to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for people to indulge in their fetish and feel good about it and themselves.

My previous professional background was in sales, marketing and public relations so I decided to use those skills to grow my business, most recently with events and party planning. I wanted to provide services on a larger scale, so I began looking to see if there was anyone hosting parties for foot fetishists. This is where I found Texas Foot Parties (TFP).

I began as a model for TFP and had a blast. I got to network with other fetish models and meet potential future clients all at the same time. After my first couple of parties with TFP, I started my own company and hosted a few parties in other cities around the country and then eventually merged with TFP. Now, I am the co-owner and hostess of Texas Foot Parties and love every second of it. We host parties in Austin and Dallas and have recently ventured into a partnership with another company in Las Vegas.

I still work as a model, seeing clients and doing photo/video shoots, but the foot parties are a huge part of my fetish career. In doing so, I came to realize that there are a lot of models that need guidance on where to begin, what to do, how to grow/maintain their business, how to stay organized and, of course, stay safe. I knew that I could offer those services as well, so I did. I now have 9 models that I provide these types of services to and it is growing rapidly.

Now, I have an ever-growing Instagram, Twitter and personal subscription site. I can truly say that I wake up every day and love to get to work!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely has not been a smooth road. It is an everyday job and the majority of the time, 24/7. But the more work you put in, the more you get out. Also, there are always those that are quick to judge, criticize, or look down on the type of work that I do. However, most people that have negative views on what I do, never bother to look at it beyond the surface. They don’t see that what I do provides an outlet for some that are struggling with life, themselves or the world around them. I give them an escape and stress relief, which in turn, allows them to live a more fulfilling life. They don’t realize that I, and my clients, are everyday people like them, some of which they may sit next to in their cubicle or across from in the boardroom. Others may be their favorite bartender, server, nurse or professor. We all live our lives and have things we love that we don’t talk about with strangers. My hope is that, one day, the ones that are quick to judge will learn to look beyond the activity and into the person.

One of my favorite quotes is from a speech by Theodore Roosevelt and is called The Man in the Arena: “It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly; who errs, who comes short again and again, because there is no effort without error and shortcoming; but who does actually strive to do the deeds; who knows the great enthusiasms, the great devotions; who spends himself in a worthy cause; who at best knows, in the end, the triumph of high achievement, and who at the worst, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who neither know victory nor defeat.”

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Well, I’ve given a rundown already about what I do. However, I am most proud of Texas Foot Parties and what we have built. We are now one of the largest foot fetish parties in the country and are growing. It’s rewarding being able to bring the foot fetish community together in an accepting, safe, non-judgmental environment. We have big plans for the future and I can’t wait to see it all unfold.

What sets me apart from others is that I am so accepting of others no matter their kink, fetish, background, sexual orientation, ethnicity, race, etc. Things that go on between consenting adults is their business. I may not provide all of the services some are looking for, but I won’t judge them for what they like. My goal is always to make people feel accepted and respected. Lastly, I love seeing others in the industry do well. I never compare myself to others because I am not them, can’t be them nor do what they do and they are not me nor can they do what I do. We are all unique individuals who bring something different to the fetish world. So, if I can help build up others and support them in their journey, my hope is that they will pay it forward.

What was your favorite childhood memory?
Texas thunderstorms on my grandparents’ back porch. There is nothing like a Texas thunderstorm in the summer. They don’t happen often, but when they do, they are miraculous. My grandparents used to have a metal roof on their back porch and we would sit out and watch the storm, listen to the rain hit the room, listen to the thunder and make homemade peach ice cream.
