Daily Inspiration: Meet Arianna Gamboa

Today we’d like to introduce you to Arianna Gamboa

Hi Arianna, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My high-ticket sales journey started in McKinney, TX as a Territorial Sales Manager for local business Mom and Popcorn. I wore many hats selling and managing campaigns for our fundraising program. We had the most clients out of any fundraising program in the DFW metroplex and non-profits would average about $15,000-$30,000 in popcorn sales in only 2 weeks time! I moved into Real Estate shortly after (2019) and learned all about new home construction and development. Little did I know, I would be wearing even more hats! Designer, friend, agent, social media expert, confidante, sometimes even therapist. Real Estate and Development has refined my sales strategies and taught me how to continuously nurture client relationships throughout the most expense purchases of their lives. When I re-located in 2021 from Dallas to Austin, I knew I would stay here for some time.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Real Estate is a tricky business that requires many entities to pull together in order to close a transaction. If you start mixing new construction into it, you have chaos on your hands. Every day is an un-expected adventure. You may have your whole day planned, but you walk into the office with a new obstacle to resolve it will take up your whole day. Maybe a client didn’t get their taxes done and it’s affecting the loan eligibility. Maybe there was theft from an unlocked house, and we no longer have appliances for inspection. I’ve seen a completed house get struck by lightning, and they had to demolish the whole thing and rebuild it from foundation up. How about those odds?

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I specialize in business development and strategic relationship building in high value industries like real estate. I am known for building trust quickly and thoughtfully from my clients. I am proud of my adaptability, timeliness, multi-tasking and problem solving. My expertise lies in understanding what a client needs and bridging them to a tailored solution that works best for them. I benefit my employer by building the value of what they offer as a solution and also providing feedback from my clients on what they need to do better to offer more and better solutions. I think my emotional intelligence and analytical thinking makes me a good representative for a client and a corporation looking to execute a high value transaction.

Alright so before we go can you talk to us a bit about how people can work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
