Hi Ashley, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
From adventures to ambition—our story isn’t just about jewelry; it’s about heart, hustle, and creating something meaningful.
We started out taking trips, exploring life, enjoying each other, and dreaming together. Those moments and feelings sparked ideas, conversations, and a realization: why not turn our passion and creativity into something bigger? That’s when Never-Ending Linx Permanent Jewelry was born.
I’ve always had the entrepreneurial spirit—my first venture was a cleaning business—but my true calling has always been helping people feel confident, beautiful, and empowered. There’s a magic in seeing someone’s eyes light up when they feel unstoppable, and that feeling drives everything I do.
The leap into permanent jewelry was personal. I needed freedom—to be there for my growing boy, to live life on my own terms, and to pursue a dream I couldn’t ignore. I shared my vision with my partner, Terry —the most supportive, amazing person in my life—and she believed in it completely. There was no doubt in her mind that I could do this. That encouragement actually gave me the courage to turn an idea into a reality and she has stood by me every step of the way! We’re definitely a power couple for sure.
Our journey has taken us from local pop-ups to private events, and one thing we’ve learned along the way is how much we love connecting with people wherever they are. You can often find us at a pop-up near you, but we’re also mobile — bringing permanent jewelry to private parties, special occasions, and more. We’re a proud LGBTQ, Latina-owned company, and collaboration is a big part of our story. We’re always looking to partner with other small businesses in the community, because building connections and creating memorable experiences together is what keeps us going. Never-Ending Linx is growing, evolving, and branching out in ways we’ve only dreamed of—and we want you to be part of this journey with us. We are coming up on our one year anniversary in December and from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for supporting us, for believing in our vision, and for letting us do what we love every single day! We really wouldn’t be here without the support of the community.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Definitely not — it has not been a smooth road. There have been plenty of times where I’ve questioned whether what I have is good enough, or even wondered if I should just give up. The self-doubt can feel heavy, and it’s easy to get caught up in comparison or frustration when things don’t move as quickly as I want them to. But I’ve learned that those feelings are just moments, not the whole story. My partner is always there to remind me of that — to remind me that it’s just a passing feeling and to keep pushing forward. Having that support has helped me see the bigger picture and not give up when things get tough. Above all, I’ve had to remember that patience and persistence are everything, and that the journey itself is just as important as the destination.

We specialize in creating unique, personal experiences through permanent jewelry. Our work is all about helping people celebrate their individuality and the special connections they share with others — whether it’s a mother and daughter, best friends, or couples coming in together, we love being part of those moments and helping people celebrate their bonds in a unique way. We’re known for making the process fun, meaningful, and memorable, and for creating an environment where people feel comfortable expressing themselves.
What we’re most proud of is the way our work brings people together. We get to witness so many meaningful moments — best friends linking bracelets, couples marking their love, mothers, daughters and siblings bonding, or someone simply treating themselves.

We don’t just offer a service; we create an experience that people want to remember and cherish. Can you share something surprising about yourself?
Something that might surprise people is how much work goes on behind the scenes. From getting ready for markets and making sure we have backup tools, enough chains, and everything else we need, to figuring out the best ways to share our work online, promoting, it takes a lot of time, research, and trial and error — and I’m still learning, especially when it comes to Instagram!
