Daily Inspiration: Meet Vili Hickey

Today we’d like to introduce you to Vili Hickey

Vili, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My journey into this work wasn’t planned—it was born from my own healing. Before stepping into womb healing and women’s empowerment, I lived many different lives. I was a stage actress in Vienna, performing under bright lights, and later, I trained A-list celebrities in Los Angeles using advanced fitness technology. From the outside, it seemed like I had it all together, but inside, I was deeply disconnected from myself.

Everything changed after the birth of my first child. I suffered a severe category 4 tear, incontinence, and a profound sense of betrayal from my own body. My medical team dismissed my pain, and I was left feeling broken, unsupported, and trapped in survival mode. I tried to push through, to be the “strong mother,” but my body and spirit were screaming for something different.

The turning point came when I stopped ignoring my feelings and instead created space for them. I allowed myself to grieve, to rage, to release. I explored somatic trauma healing, womb rituals, and ancient feminine wisdom—practices that weren’t just about healing my body, but about reclaiming my power as a woman. Through this process, I reconnected with my intuition, my sensuality, and my ability to hold deep, transformative space for others.

That’s when I knew I had to share this work. I became a certified womb priestess, prenatal and postpartum corrective exercise specialist, and women’s empowerment coach. Now, I help women heal generational trauma, reconnect with their feminine energy, and step into their full power through my Vivify Method program, 1:1 coaching, and self-paced rituals and courses.

Looking back, I see that every chapter of my life led me here. The stage acting taught me how to channel energy and presence, the fitness training gave me a deep understanding of the body, and motherhood cracked me open in ways I never expected. My mission now is to guide women to reclaim what has always been theirs—their wisdom, their pleasure, and their power.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
No, my journey has been anything but smooth—it’s been raw, messy, and deeply transformational. But I wouldn’t have it any other way. Every challenge I’ve faced has led me closer to the work I do now.

One of the biggest struggles was navigating the aftermath of my first birth. The physical trauma of a category 4 tear and incontinence left me feeling completely disconnected from my body. The medical system dismissed my pain, and I felt invisible. No one was talking about the kind of healing I needed—not just physical recovery, but emotional and energetic healing. I carried so much shame, believing that my body had failed me.

Another challenge was unlearning everything I had been conditioned to believe about strength. For so long, I thought resilience meant pushing through, being productive, and keeping it all together. But true strength came when I allowed myself to break open—to feel, to release, to grieve. The moment I stopped suppressing my emotions and started honoring them was when my real healing began.

Building my business was also a journey filled with challenges. I transitioned from the fitness world, where I trained A-list celebrities, into deeply personal and spiritual work. That shift required me to trust my intuition completely, even when it felt like stepping into the unknown. There were moments of doubt—wondering if people would understand the depth of this work, if they would be open to womb healing and embodiment practices. But every time a woman told me she felt seen, empowered, or transformed after working with me, I knew I was on the right path.

Balancing motherhood with entrepreneurship has been another challenge. There have been days when I’ve felt overwhelmed, questioning whether I could truly hold space for others while also being present for my family. But I’ve learned that healing and leadership don’t require perfection—they require authenticity. I’ve embraced the truth that my work doesn’t just serve my clients; it serves my children, my lineage, and the women who came before me.

So no, the road hasn’t been smooth. But every struggle has been an initiation, guiding me to the work I was meant to do. And for that, I am deeply grateful.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I help women reclaim their feminine power, heal generational trauma, and reconnect with their bodies through womb healing, somatic practices, and embodiment work. As a certified womb priestess, prenatal and postpartum corrective exercise specialist, and women’s empowerment coach, I specialize in guiding women back to their intuition, sensuality, and strength.

I’m best known for my unique blend of modern and ancient healing practices—combining biohacking techniques, intuitive channeling, rage rituals, and deep somatic work to help women not just “heal” but step into their full, untapped power. My work is about breaking generational patterns, releasing shame, and helping women trust their bodies and their inner knowing again.

I offer group programs like Vivify Method, private coaching, and self-paced courses that support women in healing from womb trauma, reconnecting with pleasure, and embracing their full potential. My work isn’t just about personal healing—it’s about shifting the way women experience themselves, their relationships, and their purpose.

What I’m Most Proud Of:
What I’m most proud of is how I keep listening to my own intuition and saying yes to myself—not just for me, but for my family and especially my children. It hasn’t always been easy to prioritize my own well-being and break the generational beliefs that told me I had to put myself last. But every time I choose myself, I show my children a new way of being.

It’s not just about my personal transformation, though. Seeing my clients reclaim their voices, their bodies, and their pleasure fuels me to keep going. When they step into their power, they don’t just heal themselves—they become the ripple effect, bringing healing into their families, communities, and beyond.

What Sets Me Apart:
My Ability to Channel & Feel Energy: I can intuitively sense where people are storing trauma in their bodies and help them release it. This deep energetic connection allows me to guide women in ways that go beyond surface-level healing.
My Own Resilience & Evolution: As a 5/1 in Human Design, I am constantly discovering and rediscovering myself. I don’t stay stagnant, which means my work is always evolving, growing, and deepening.
Every Experience is Unique: No two sessions or programs with me are ever the same. I work with what’s present in the moment, tailoring each experience to the person or group in front of me. Transformation isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I honor that.
Ultimately, I want women to know that they don’t have to live disconnected from their bodies or stuck in survival mode. They can live in alignment, joy, and deep pleasure—because that’s their birthright.

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
With the rise of AI and technology, I believe human connection will become more crucial than ever. As our world becomes increasingly digital, women will crave real, in-person experiences—spaces where they can gather, feel seen, and reconnect with something deeper than a screen.

I see a massive shift toward live events, retreats, and online sisterhoods that foster genuine connection. Women are waking up to the desire to reclaim the ancient wisdom that has been lost. They’re remembering the power of gathering, of being held, of healing in community. Sisterhood is no longer a luxury—it’s becoming a necessity in this fast-moving world.

I see myself standing on stage, holding space for hundreds and hundreds of women—celebrating, grieving, raging, laughing, and reclaiming their power together. Women coming together to honor life, to embrace their imperfections, to lift each other in ways they’ve never experienced before.

This is the future of feminine leadership. It’s about creating spaces where women don’t have to do it alone. Where they remember that they were never meant to. Where they feel the deep, primal, unshakable support of sisterhood—both online and in person.

The next decade will be a return to connection, community, and embodiment. And I am here to lead that movement.
