Exploring Life & Business with Bri logue of Ivory Media

Today we’d like to introduce you to Bri logue.

Hi Bri, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started Ivory Media a little over three years ago. Ivory started out as a Social Media Management agency helping woman owned businesses take control of their social media accounts. Today we offer a lot of different services but this has always been at the core of my business. I believe that social media is a great tool to help small businesses get in front of and engage with their customers. I love being able to support and help woman owned businesses!

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Starting out was tough, but I’m very grateful that I had amazing support from my husband. Before this I worked as a store manager for a retailor, it was tough not working with a team at first. Networking events are where I really found my tribe of woman business owners. I was very nervous to go out and meet people at first, but eventually after so many I started to enjoy and look forward to them. I’m very thankful to my first few clients who took the chance on me, I’m proud to say I still work with many of them to this day. Don’t get me wrong, I heard a lot of No’s but that’s just how it’s going to be, every no gets you closer to a yes!

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Ivory Media is a Digital Marketing agency, I specialize in Social Media Management/Marketing. We also do Branding and Website Design, to help small business owners dominate their online presence. We are proud to offer competitive rates and packages to suit most small businesses. We love to help in any way we can, even if it’s just answering questions over coffee.

We’d love to hear about how you think about risk taking?
Risk-taking is apart of any business. As a small business owner you always have to put yourself out there and your not always going to succeed. But I would say that’s part of the fun, not knowing what the future will hold, it’s entirely up to you!
