Exploring Life & Business with Beth Wilkas Feraco of Beth Feraco Fitness

Today we’d like to introduce you to Beth Wilkas Feraco.

Beth, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
At 42 years old, I was 180 pounds and deep in my alcohol addiction. The summer of 2015, I said enough was enough. I quit drinking and worked on my recovery every single day. I started running and weight lifting. From there, I got a job at a local gym at the front desk. It was then that I decided I wanted to help people lose weight, get strong and accomplish things they never thought possible!

I became an Intern at the gym and got Certified in Fitness Nutrition and Personal Training. At the same time, I lost close to 30 pounds over the course of a year, gained muscle and improved my relationship with food.

Now I have my own Online Coaching business and help hundreds of people have a better relationship with food, lose weight, gain strength and become their best self!

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I think my biggest struggles have been going back to school in my 40’s with two young children and building a business during a pandemic while homeschooling!

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am an Online One on One Nutrition and Strength Coach

I help people gain a healthier relationship with food and work on their mindset to ditch the diet culture mentality. I also help them become strong mentally and physically and gain the confidence to truly become their best self!

What sets me apart from others is that I’m no bullshit. There is no giving up your favorite foods. I teach you how to incorporate the foods you love and still lose weight. I help you not only develop a healthy relationship with food but develop a healthy relationship with the scale as well.

I offer One on One Nutrition and Strength Coaching as Well as Group Coaching.
