Today we’d like to introduce you to Jazmine Diaz and Leo Reyes
Hi Jazmine and Leo, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Photo glow was just an idea that my partner Leo and I had one day. The more we talked about it, the more it made sense for us to pursue. Shortly after we decided to go all in and invest in a photo booth the next week. For our first event that we did, we decided to bring it for a family member’s birthday party just to test it and it was a hit! Later that night, we actually secured our first paid booking a few weeks after, and although we have only been in business for less than a year, we have been so honored to be a part of so many special events like birthdays, baby showers, graduations and even weddings!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There have been challenges we faced along the way. My business partner Leo is a full-time college student, and with that comes long days and long nights doing homework, whereas I recently opened my own waxing studio, so I am also trying to navigate that as well. What helps us through the heavy workload is when we are off, we are OFF! We do our best to not work when we are enjoying our time off together, so that we can rest and clear our mind to work effectively!
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
We provide a luxury digital photo booth service! With our photo booth you can take unlimited captures such as photos, GIFs, and boomerangs that you are able to send instantly to your phone! Everyone loves how simple it is to use our booth and how they capture memories effortlessly. Our motto is “Photos today. Memories forever”, and that is why we want our customers to capture a memory that will last a lifetime! Although we only have one booth to start with, there is much more to come. We do plan to expand and offer more services!
In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
In the upcoming years, I can see the entertainment industry starting to team up with one another to provide ultimate packages to make events even more memorable! I believe if other brands and small businesses team up and work together not only will the customer be beyond satisfied with the outcome, but businesses can also gain exposure that they so much deserve. Wins for everyone!
