Exploring Life & Business with Jen Phillips-Kiernan of Organica Aesthetics

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jen Phillips-Kiernan.

Jen, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I’ve been in the medical field since 1998. I’m the wife of a retired US Marine and mother of two amazing adult children. I have had the opportunity to work in a lot of different fields from emergency, surgery, dermatology and orthopedics in my 23 years career. And while I enjoyed all of those particular fields, my favorite has always been dermatology and aesthetics. I was trained as an aesthetic injector back in 2004 with a dermatologist that I was working with. And I knew almost immediately that it was the field I wanted to be in. It’s a good feeling when a patient comes in and actually wants to be there in your office.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I would say I feel pretty blessed in my career path and have gained incredible knowledge from some of the best physicians I have ever met.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Organica Aesthetics?
At Organica Aesthetics, our goal is to make every patient feel beautiful. It’s extremely rewarding when you have helped someone love what they see when they look in the mirror. How even the smallest or slightest change can make them feel completely different about themselves. I personally specialize in medical injectables from Neurotoxins, Dermal Fillers, Kybella, PRP injections and PDO thread lifts. We offer an array of services including Facials, Microneedling, Waxing, Chemical Peels, etc. that can be scheduled through our website at www.OrganicaAesthetics.com

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
I feel like the thing that has been most important to my success is that I am just a regular person like the people I treat, and patients know that I am treating them the way I would want to be treated. I’m very honest with my patients and I’m very conservative with treatments. I feel like a lot of patients really appreciate that because usually they have experienced providers who have pushed them to have procedures that they really didn’t want or need. I keep my pricing extremely competitive because I want everyone to feel like it’s not out of reach to have something done to improve the way you feel about how you look. I don’t ever want my services to be something that only someone with a lot of money can afford. Consultations are always no charge and we love that we have so many referrals from current patients. We have an incredible staff with our amazing skincare specialist, Jessica. And a very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere you will want to come back to!
