Today we’d like to introduce you to Todd Burgener.
So excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Started in Sales after attending a local college here in Austin selling Maternity Insurance. From there got into property management and then went straight into home sales in 2012. This year marks our 10-year anniversary of selling homes and we’re thankful and grateful for all our past, current, and future clients. We sell on average about 100 homes a year, I have been named as a Platinum Top 50 Winner 5 years in a row as well as recognized by the Austin Business Journal as one of the top 25 agents in Austin. 🙂
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
We started as the country was coming out of the 2008-2012 “recession” guns blazing and never looked back. Early on we struggle with systems and trying to take on new business at rapid paces. Around year 5 we had a very well oil machine and have been rocking and rolling ever since.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a licensed Realtor in the state of Texas that focuses on buying and selling homes for clients. We work with everyone from first-time home buyers to $10M+ luxury home buyers and sellers and everything in between. We also have a knack for land and development deals as well as multi-family projects. We focus on Austin and all suburbs within 60 miles of Austin in every direction. The home buying and selling process is a very important part of anyone’s life and we take this very seriously. At the same time, I am human and by nature, I love to laugh, make people laugh as well as have a great time doing it. I love people, I love life and simply want this world to be a better place by doing my part to make that happen!
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
My drive is relentless. I never stop!
