Victoria, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
As a college student, I had a weird knack for making social media posts go viral. My first try at social media management was launching a TikTok account for creating beginner-friendly cooking videos. Within 30 days, I gained hundreds of thousands of views and 10,000 followers. I did it over and over again for myself, and realized something. What I was <i>actually </i>good at was not making posts magically go viral, but rather understanding how to see eye-to-eye with an audience. This was how I first got introduced into the world of marketing.
Throughout my time at Texas A&M University, I worked as a social media intern and freelancer for several marketing agencies. I worked for dozens of clients spanning from the East Coast to the West, and across a handful of industries from software development to luxury home renovation. Once I graduated, I continued my freelancing career until 2024, when I wanted to pivot from a remote, national role to a local, Austin marketing agency.
Lunchbox Digital was founded in 2024 with the vision of bringing effective and authentic digital marketing services to Austin businesses. Our purpose is to empower businesses to share their unique stories, values, and offerings in a meaningful way that promotes their success as a company.
Since then, we’ve worked with many B2B and B2C businesses to grow their online influence. Social media management, SEO, and websites are crucial but time-consuming efforts, so we lift the heavy burden and manage them from A to Z, driving traffic to their sites and generating leads as they focus on running their business.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Since I started my career at the height of COVID (2020), I missed out on so many networking opportunities. Since I launched Lunchbox Digital, I learned how to navigate the digital free market and earn clients’ trust in a fully remote position. Austin has opened up so many opportunities to meet with local business founders and CEOs in person to discuss their brand vision and network on a local level.

Lunchbox Digital is a digital marketing agency based in Austin, Texas. We’re a small-scale agency with a huge vision for success. We believe that what’s needed most in marketing is not clickbait, not generative AI images, but authenticity. This is why we’re so proud of our business’s hometown of Austin– It’s a community of vibrant businesses, artists, and thinkers.
We help Austin businesses attract new customers with strategies including social media marketing, paid advertising, SEO, and website management. We mold ourselves and our services to our clients’ vision and brand, not the other way around.

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
Generative AI will be the primary technological change in the marketing industry over the next 5-10 years. Many marketing-adjacent jobs, such as copywriting and video editing, are being automated and replaced with AI. As this happens, we need to remember that audiences aren’t always looking for what’s most trendy or technologically advanced. Most audiences want to feel aligned with your brand on a personal level, and that requires a humanistic approach.
We align with our client’s target audience by really understanding what their day-to-day life looks like and recognizing what makes it a little easier. People are tired of being advertised to. By developing a marketing strategy around informative or entertaining content, it lightens the “salesy” feeling of our marketing and makes it easier for users to feel more connected to our clients’ brands.
