Hi Zacharij, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My name is Zacharij Martin-Ned; but I go by my surname, Ned. I am a 27-year-old entrepreneur and creative born in Conroe, Texas. I am currently residing in Killeen, Texas. I got started in this field when I saw a need for specific platforms in my area – that need caused me to create the management branch of my overall business. With that need for exposure and structure, it led me to establishing a management/consulting agency dedicated to managing artists, creatives, models, etc.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It’s been a rough road – but they say, “the road less traveled has better views”. Some of the struggles I’ve encountered is funding, and discerning good business relationships from the waste of time. There are a lot of people in the entertainment/management industry that talk a good game, but don’t back up their claims of assistance/improvement.
As you know, we’re big fans of Zipp Squad Management. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
This branch of Zipp Squad specializes in helping clients to further their business avenue – whether that is assisting an artist in their branding/marketing, to assisting with model clients’ booking services. What matters most to you?
Communication matters most to me because it can be the “make or break” in many relationships – from personal to business. Struggles, and bumps in the road are inevitable in this game called life we play. Open communication about problems, solutions, ideas, etc., are a key factor to keeping up good relationships in all aspects of life.
