Meet Chloe Millard: Entrepreneur, Reality TV Personality & Advocate for Women
Hi y’all! I’m Chloe Millard, a Dallas-based serial entrepreneur, reality TV personality, and public speaker with over 13 years of experience in sales and marketing. I’ve built multiple businesses that help brands, influencers, and entrepreneurs grow, monetize, and stand out in the digital world. But at my core? I’m a mom first and my faith in God is what keeps me going..
My three little ones are my biggest inspiration—they push me to dream bigger, work harder, and create a world where more women have the freedom, resources, and confidence to chase their own dreams. My journey hasn’t been easy, but every challenge has fueled my passion for empowering women, especially those who feel stuck, unseen, or trapped in situations they don’t know how to escape. That’s why I started The Rose Project, my nonprofit dedicated to helping women—particularly moms—break free from domestic violence, rebuild their lives, and create financial independence.
My career started in high-level corporate sales, but I quickly realized that traditional marketing was outdated and that the real power was in storytelling, personal branding, and digital influence. So, I took a leap, built my own marketing business, and never looked back. Today, I help brands tap into influencer marketing, and I coach women entrepreneurs on how to build profitable businesses and personal brands that give them financial freedom.
On top of all that, I’ve been a lead cast member and executive producer on different reality shows. Through reality TV, I’ve learned how to turn influence into income, and now I teach others how to do the same.
What Drives Me & Why I Love What I Do
What I love most about my work? Seeing women win. Whether it’s a mom launching her first business, an influencer landing a brand deal, or a woman finally gaining financial independence after escaping abuse, nothing makes me happier than watching women step into their power.

At the end of the day, my biggest WHY is my kids. I want them to grow up seeing their mom pursue her dreams, help others, and never settle for less than she deserves.

Let’s be real—building a business (or even just surviving life as a single mom!) is not for the faint of heart. If I could tell every woman one thing, it’s this: You are capable of SO much more than you realize.
