Hi Connie, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My journey has been full of adventure, and I am excited for the new chapter that has begun. I’m married to my best friend and soulmate of 25 years and have two amazing Boys who have now grown into incredible young men. We made our way out to Austin Texas nine years ago. I worked with several incredible mentors throughout the years that provided the foundation for where I am now.
I always dreamed of providing a space for others to come for a Healthy mind and Body. Utilizing the education and knowledge, I gained over the years and being mentored by some of the best mentors. Urban Euphoria CBD Health & Wellness Studio was Birthed. The dream was now becoming a beautiful reality for me and the communities I have been able to share it with. My passion is to see others find the best versions of themselves and shine a light on it. My love for the Cannabis Industry stems from being diagnosed 20 years ago with a brain tumor that was non-operable. When I was working for an incredible woman in the CBD industry, she advocated on my behalf with an incredible farmer she worked with. He & his beautiful wife created a tincture just for me. The symptoms come and go but I had learned to (IAO) as my youngest son would say which means Improvise adapt and overcome when the symptoms would show up.
After a month of Taking the tincture they made for me I started to notice small changes, less head pressure & migraines, less brain fog, less numbing in my arms just to name a few. I was so grateful and threw myself into learning more and more of this plant’s vast healing potential. I meet beautiful people daily with life change stories that encourage me to continue this journey. My family is my Rock, and they provide the most incredible support. Believe in yourself and your dreams. I’m living proof that anything is possible.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Learning how to trust the process isn’t always easy! I needed to go through all the ups and downs to learn how to appreciate the contrast.

Risks used to scare me, now I eat risks for breakfast. LOL When I realized that by taking risks, I was ultimately taking the steps of believing in myself, that’s when it clicked, I needed to take risks more often & Believe.
