Hi Erica, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for sharing your story with us – to start, maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers.
I was first introduced to tarot in 2018 by a tarot reader on YouTube while I was experiencing depression caused by a divorce. That reader connected to my energy and I felt truly seen and understood on a level I couldn’t with my friends and family. The advice they spoke from the messages they received from the cards helped me to cope with my worries and sadness. They helped me to understand my personal challenges on a spiritual level. I was able to empathize, forgive, and feel in control of my life. After some time, I felt inspired to buy my own deck. When I realized how much healing I was experiencing while learning I felt called to help others in the same way. It was a moment where I truly felt my soul’s calling and that’s when I was led into my spiritual business.
In November 2019, I started a YouTube channel. I was providing free general readings for the zodiac signs. Within that month, I started getting e-mails from viewers asking me if I offered personal readings. This was my Universal sign that I was on the right path so I started to offer them. This was the beginning of my spiritual business journey. Shortly after, I decided to establish a brand and make it legal. I created a website with Shopify, registered my business, and publicized myself across TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. Between 2019 and 2022, I grew over 55K followers and a loyal community. I’m so grateful for everyone who has been a part of my business journey!
Would it have been a smooth road, and what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Starting my business was quite exciting, and it had its roadblocks. They were both internal and external. Internally, I had to address my weaknesses and delve into my childhood and past life to address and heal trauma so that I could stop self-sabotaging. I felt this heavily in 2022 when I started feeling stuck, and demotivated and sales started to decline. I knew I was meant to do more but I had to heal in order to gain a new approach. Externally, I had motherhood and a full-time job (which I later resigned from). Scheduling and consistency proved to be a challenge for me as well. When it came to competitors, I had to deal with people stealing my brand identity, content, and photos, and scamming people for services. I also had to deal with judgment because of the type of work I did. Starting this business felt like a lonely and testing road. Along the way, I did meet some amazing people who turned into friends and mentors.

I own a spiritual business. Within it, I offer spiritual guidance by tapping into divination. I use tools such as tarot and my psychic abilities to bring enlightenment and encouragement to people who are feeling lost and stuck in their life. I guide individuals in understanding what their soul is experiencing as a lesson and what they need to do to move forward successfully. I also coach them on ways to connect more to their higher consciousness and intuition. I put my clients back in the driver’s seat of their life and help them to become more of a victor than a victim. People say that I’m a very passionate reader. I’m proud of my brand because I lead with authenticity, integrity, and passion. I’m very empathetic, and people who use my services trust me with their energy and private life. I want the readers to know that every situation and person you experience in your life is a teacher. Some of the lessons are hard but they are tools in your soul’s evolution.
What do you think about luck?
I don’t look at things as lucky or unlucky. I see things as divine timing and blessings. The role that has played a big part in my life and business was the connectedness to my inner self and spiritual guides. Healing has played a major part in my success and journey as well. When you are leading with your personal truth, things will always feel lucky. When the challenges hit, know that it’s time to go within and do some healing. Overall, everything is purposeful!
