Hi Kay, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I’m a certified medical qi gong practitioner based in the Austin, Texas metro area (studio in Manor, Tx). For over 22 years, I’ve specialized in helping empaths and highly sensitive people heal from fibromyalgia, chronic pain, trauma, and narcissistic abuse through ancient energy medicine. Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?

Striving to be my most evolved self in a rapidly evolving world that is often chaotic.
So, my life hasn’t been always been peaceful or easy.
Healing Fibromyalgia: When Pain Became My Teacher
I remember that dark, stormy day in the Bay Area where I lay in bed wracked with the pain of fibromyalgia.
It felt like every part of my body had been rolled over by a train. Waves of anxiety made me feel as if I was drowning.
After going from doctor to doctor with no relief, hope was fading fast. I nearly gave up.
That’s when God brought Dr. Arnold Tayam and medical qi gong into my life in the Bay Area, setting me on a path that would eventually bring me to practicing in Austin and Manor Texas.
Discovering Medical Qi Gong: The Gift of Energy Medicine
The gentle qi gong movements and energy healing sessions eased my pain.
But, when I modified the movements and practices for my sensitive, empathic self, the unrelenting pain and exhaustion of fibromyalgia resolved completely.
I was so inspired that I entered the professional program and became a certified practitioner.
My career in medical qi gong bloomed and I thrived for 15 years in the Austin, Tx area —living a life of vibrant health and the deep joy that comes from being in complete alignment with God.
Narcissistic Attack: When Love Became My Greatest Wound
Then BLAM. I met a beloved that was a covert narcissist.
Slowly, all that I had worked so hard to achieve—my health, my medical qi gong practice, my spiritual growth—was deliberately dismantled by the person I loved, until I was soul-gutted.
My world became empty and lifeless like scorched, burnt earth.
I had unrelenting shingles all over my face and head, and fibromyalgia re-emerged with a vengeance.
It felt like every part of me hurt—even the wind blowing through my hair was excruciating from the nerve damage that shingles caused on my scalp.
Divine Guidance and Renewed Purpose
That’s when God tapped me on the shoulder and reminded me that like you, I deserve to be free of suffering.
That I am capable of healing deeply.
So, with divine guidance and much prayer, I left that marriage and in doing so, had to start over from scratch–rebuilding my life, piece by piece.
The Breakthrough That Changed Everything
Have you ever felt so lost and shattered that you didn’t know how to begin to put yourself back together?
That was me until God guided me to refine the qi gong resets and herbal protocols that I had used with clients for years so that I could refuel all five of my energy tanks–the key to restoring the shattered parts of my life and self.
This allowed me to quickly reclaim my health, peace, and power—without having to go through years of counseling or take anti-depressant medications.
So, I embraced a new mission to share medical qi gong with others who had also experienced narcissistic abuse.
I became a pioneer with using energy medicine to heal the wounds of narcissism.
Then, I discovered something extraordinary: the holistic healing methods that helped my clients and I heal from narcissistic abuse also helped us to easily cultivate and evolve inner peace to bloom our most authentically aligned lives with deep soul purpose and impactful power.

1. Our unique qi gong virtual membership for women provides deep healing for women recovering from narcissistic abuse and for those who want to elevate their energy and lives to their highest levels. This program provides an affordable way for women to gain free access to a 5K a year healing journey that has transformed not only the physical health of women, but also improved their emotional and spiritual wellness. One of our women members had failing kidneys after suffering years of narcissistic abuse and being in four car wrecks. She was exhausted and in excruciating pain. She was told that she had to start dialysis when she joined the membership. In only 90 days she was able to transform her health where she no longer needs dialysis. Plus, she was able to get off pain meds and steroid shots for her back. With improved health and vibrancy, she was able to start a new relationship with a beautiful new partner –and together they have created a powerful new ministry together, serving faith based communities with love.
2. Aiki Healing is also the only medical qi gong clinic in Texas with the expertise and experience to interpret blood work panels and use that data to create highly customized energetic and herbal interventions that produce quantifiable and measurable results for our clients.

How do you think about happiness?
I love the joy of refining my energy and helping others to do that too. In a world filled with artificiality, it’s becoming more important to cultivate authentic human energy–so having a job that allows me to do that all day long is simply my greatest privilege and joy.
