Hi Linda, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Hello I am Linda and would love to share my story with you all!
My journey has been full of unexpected turns, but each step has led me to where I am today. I started as a teacher, but when Covid hit, everything changed. In 2021, I married my husband, and shortly after, we were expecting our first child. With all the uncertainty at the time, I wanted to prioritize my family’s safety and cherish those precious early moments with my daughter.
Fast forward two years, and that’s when Boujee Bebidas was born! My co-owner, Jazmin—also known as La Boujee Housewife—and I wanted to create something unique: a mobile dry bar and aguas frescas experience that brings a touch of elegance and fun to any event. Our goal is to craft beautiful, delicious, and ‘boujee’ cocktails that not only taste amazing but also add a stylish flair to special occasions. We love being part of our clients’ celebrations, helping them create unforgettable moments with our signature drinks and top-notch service.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Yes! Thankfully, I have an amazing friend who is not only a fantastic small business owner but also someone I truly look up to. Starting from scratch was definitely a challenge—learning the business side of things, sourcing supplies and equipment, and, of course, designing the perfect aesthetic for our mobile bar.
Right now, our goal is to expand and create multiple bar setups that can seamlessly fit any occasion and serve 200+ guests. We may still be a small business, but we’re growing, and we’re so excited for new clients to find us and experience what Boujee Bebidas has to offer!

We’re also proud to be a woman-owned business right here in Austin, dedicated to delivering exceptional service. Our goal is simple: to make sure you and your guests enjoy a truly memorable experience—one sip at a time!
How do you think about luck?
I feel incredibly lucky to have such a supportive husband and family who have encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and pursue something that truly brings me joy. Their support has meant everything. I also feel lucky to have the best of both worlds—getting to spend precious time with my daughters while building a business that brings joy to others. It’s a win-win for everyone, and I couldn’t be more grateful!
