My Story
Like many people, my career path changed during COVID. At the time, I was a bartender searching for a new opportunity after the shutdowns closed my workplace. I decided to take a leap of faith — I enrolled in my residential appraiser courses, found a mentor, and hustled through the post-COVID real estate boom. The hard work paid off when I earned my Certification as a Residential Appraiser.
When the market slowed, I used that time to keep growing — I earned my real estate sales license and built what’s now a thriving appraisal and real estate business. Today, I’m proud to serve clients across Central Texas with integrity, insight, and dedication.
I’ve called Central Texas home since I was six years old, and my office in Cedar Park allows me to serve the entire region — from Austin to Georgetown, Leander to Harker Heights, and everywhere in between. Whether you need an appraisal for divorce, estate planning, pre-listing, or you’re looking to buy, sell, lease, or invest in real estate, I’m here to help guide you with clarity and confidence.
Helping people on their journey to homeownership is truly my passion. I’ve been married to the love of my life for 17 years, and together we love to explore — from local hikes and weekend road trips to beach resorts and cruises. We’re proud dog parents and long-time supporters of local foster and rescue groups. We also have seven wonderful nieces and nephews that we love watching grow up, and we make it a point to be there, cheering them on at their games and special moments whenever we can.
Every part of my story — has been about relationships-connection, trust and honesty.

I’m proud to run a dual-focused real estate and appraisal business serving the Greater Austin and Central Texas area. With both my real estate sales agent license and Certified Residential Appraiser licenses, I bring a level of precision and insight that sets me apart from most professionals in the industry.
I’m very task-oriented, detail-driven, and organized — some might even say a perfectionist — but to me, that simply means I take pride in doing the job right the first time. Every report, every listing, and every client interaction matters to me, and I’m dedicated to producing quality work I can stand behind.
On the appraisal side, I specialize in pre-listing valuations for real estate agents, estate planning, divorce cases, and lending purposes, as well as professional home measurement services for properties with additions, CAD discrepancies, or no prior certified measurements. On the real estate side, I help clients buy and sell homes throughout the Greater Austin area, providing a very personal experience.
What truly sets my brand apart is my dual perspective — I don’t just sell homes, I understand their value on a deeper level. My clients know they’re getting honest guidance, accurate information, and professional representation every step of the way.
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
Something most people don’t know about me is that I’m a total list lover. I make lists for everything — appraisal steps, orders, houses to see, groceries, you name it. I update them daily, and it keeps me grounded and focused. There’s something so satisfying about checking things off and staying one step ahead.
