Today we’d like to introduce you to Rex Enriquez
Hi Rex, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Absolutely! I am a 7th Generation Texas born and raised military veteran. I spent my early years serving the US Air Force as an Intelligence Operator. I learned how to work effectively in very diverse teams across many different geographic regions. I learned how to lead, train, and work with the best this country has to produce to include: Navy Seals, Army Rangers, AF Special Ops, CIA, FBI, and foreign military operators. After serving my country, I retired and began to give my talents to non-profit organizations in Florida as a way to serve my community. I served as an Educator, Instructor, and Facilitator helping community members find their purpose, and skills that would make them marketable in the workforce. I decided to move back to Texas to become a Professional Coach helping younger generations find their purpose and achieve a sense of happiness in the workforce so that their choice of employment no longer becomes “work” but rather a place they go after they wake up. I recognized my purpose only a few years ago only because I started looking within to find it. I then thought what if I could help younger adults find theirs how much heartache and wasted time I could save them. Right now, coaching really only exists in the corporate world I believe because they know it works. I believe we can show the next generations how beneficial a coach could be to them so they can move forward further than we did.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It is always much smoother working for an organization than it is when you’re doing it all by yourself. I find that the toughest barrier is trying to get the younger generations to understand that having a coach will only help improve your life.

I specialize in masterclass authentic coaching. Coaching is a collaborative, client-centered process aimed at enhancing personal and professional growth. As an authentic coach, I provide support, guidance, and tools to help identify real goals, develop genuine actionable plans, and navigate real challenges. I help clients find their true purpose which identifies with their authentic personalities.
I believe what sets me apart from other executive coaches out there is that I am more focused with the well-being of our younger generations and not the wealthy corporate level individuals who are doing well for themselves already. Our young adults are the future and they deserve to have the best coaches in their lives.
I am most proud of my genuine love for people. I’m not here to make tons of money, only to make lives better. When I receive those calls from clients who changed their lives for the better and thank me for their accomplishments, I am truly honored and moved. That is why I do what I do!

What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
I see the coaching industry shifting to our Millennials, and Generation Z as they will soon start seeing the positive effects of having someone in their corner supporting and helping them achieve their goals faster.
