Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
After playing professional basketball in Europe, I reached a point where I was ready for a new chapter. My sister suggested real estate, and at first, I was hesitant—I didn’t know much about it. But as I began learning more, I saw clear parallels to sports: the work ethic, the discipline, and the idea that you get out what you put in. I launched my career with JBGoodwin, quickly moved into a management role overseeing two locations, and eventually decided to step out in faith and start my own brokerage. In 2019, Supreme 1 Realty was born. Growing the company hasn’t been easy—plenty of trial and error, late nights, and learning on the fly—but through faith and perseverance, we’ve grown to over 25 agents across Austin, Dallas, and Houston
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Not at all—real estate is never a smooth road. The industry is constantly changing, and you have to be ready to pivot at any moment. Between shifting market conditions, working with all kinds of personalities, and figuring out who’s the right fit for the company, there’s always something to navigate. One of the biggest challenges has been identifying our target audience and refining our vision over time. The saying, “the only thing that stays the same is change,” definitely applies. On top of that, deciding what tools and resources to provide our agents has been an ongoing process. We’re constantly evolving to make sure we’re equipping our team with everything they need to succeed
We’ve been impressed with Supreme 1 Realty , but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Supreme 1 Realty is a full-service real estate brokerage with a presence in Austin, Dallas, and Houston. We specialize in residential sales, investment properties, new construction, and luxury homes. What sets us apart is our hybrid model—we combine high-level agent support and training with the freedom and flexibility today’s agents need to grow their business.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the growth we’ve had since launching in 2019—from just an idea to a team of over 25 agents across three major cities. It hasn’t been easy, but through perseverance and staying true to our values, we’ve created something special.
Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
One of the most important lessons I’ve learned along this journey is that comparing yourself to others can be incredibly detrimental. In real estate—and in business in general—it’s easy to look around and measure your progress against someone else’s success. But I’ve learned that true growth happens when you stay focused on your own lane. Everyone has a different path, different timing, and different challenges. You have to run your own race, stay grounded in your purpose, and trust the process. That mindset has helped me stay consistent and keep building, even during the tough seasons
