Hi Antonio, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I started out living in New York City wanting to buy my first investment property. I was working as a software engineer saving up some money. But I was overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start. I was scared that if I bought my first investment property I would put my entire life savings in to a property just to lose it all. So I needed to come up with a process that helped me feel confident, one that was step-by-step. Thats what I did! And I started creating content along the way explaining how I did it
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Content wise – no yesterday marks 8 years of making videos online. No one watched me for the first 4 years as I was consistently making content.
Real estate wise – no the last two years its been harder and harder to find good investments because the market is overpriced and interest rates are higher but I know there will be a time again soon where it will make sense again!
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I help beginner real estate investors who don’t know where to start buy their first investment property with a step-by-step process.
What sets me apart from others? I don’t drive a Lambo, I don’t have a yacht, I am not a millionaire, I am dont own a mansion. I am a few steps ahead trying to learn to show other people how to do it too. I don’t hold any of the information back, I give my course away for free, I am in this for the long haul, not the immediate sale. I want people to invest in real estate with us long term. We started a company called House Hack Helpers that allows you to invest in flips with us.
We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
Good luck played into my life when I went viral on TikTok when nothing was working for me for four years. Covid was good luck in my life as it allowed me to focus on content and quit my job. It also caused alot of wealth increase in my properties due from the inflation.
