Today we’d like to introduce you to Courtney Stanton
Hi Courtney, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Born and raised in Dallas, TX, I’m a native Texan who later moved to Austin, TX to attend the University of Texas at Austin. There, I pursued a diverse education, majoring in Communications with minors in Business and Nonprofits, fueling a passion for both the corporate world and social good.
After graduation, I joined an international development company dedicated to providing micro-loans to the materially poor in the Dominican Republic and Haiti. In my role, I spearheaded marketing and development, driving growth and awareness for the company’s impactful mission.
A pivotal moment came when a mentor introduced me to the tech world, leading me back to Austin to work at Meta. For 5+ years, I excelled in enterprise ad sales, managing a portfolio generating $100M+ in annual ad revenue. I collaborated with boutique marketing agencies, e-commerce brands, and enterprise digital publishers. One of my proudest achievements at Meta outside of my core role, was launching “Ads for Local Impact”, a global initiative that provided ad credits to nonprofit partners, amplifying their missions on a larger scale.
Building on my success at Meta, I felt a growing desire to focus my efforts locally. Around this time, I got married, and my husband’s real estate ventures piqued my interest. Initially planning to get my real estate license to assist with his investments, I soon realized my passion for real estate extended beyond support—it was a field I wanted to pursue full-time.
Making the transition from tech to real estate was a leap of faith, but one that felt like finding my true calling. Today, I am dedicated to helping friends, family, and clients achieve their real estate goals and build long-term, generational wealth. Whether working with sellers, buyers, or investors, I am committed to providing comprehensive support and envision a future of long-term service and success in this field.
In Austin, I cherish time spent with my family, friends, and our church community, where my husband and I lead a team of volunteers at the Cafe! I enjoy running the trail, reading, and cooking in my spare time. Austin has become not only the heart of my career, but also a place I proudly call home, enriching both my personal and professional life.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Throughout my career, which has taken many pivots and turns, I have always relied on my intuition and faith as my guiding compass. From leading a small team of two in the U.S. for an international nonprofit, to impacting millions at one of the world’s largest tech companies, and now navigating the entrepreneurial landscape with my own business, my journey has been shaped by a deep-rooted sense of purpose.
Every transition in my career has presented its own set of challenges and uncertainties. At each crossroads, I have faced many moments of doubt and difficulty in discerning my next step. In these times, I have found clarity by tuning into my intuition and, for me, my faith in God. These guiding principles have consistently illuminated my path forward, helping me to understand where I am called to be.
My professional experiences, whether in a small nonprofit, tech giant or residential real estate, have reinforced my belief that true fulfillment comes from serving others. This has been my anchor, reminding me that my purpose is rooted in supporting and uplifting those around me. By returning to this core principle, I find that everything aligns and falls into place, even in the face of adversity.
Now, as I embrace the challenges and opportunities of entrepreneurship in real estate, I remain committed to this purpose-driven approach. My journey is a testament to the power of faith and intuition in navigating life’s uncertainties, and it is with this unwavering belief that I continue to build a career and life grounded in service and impact.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
In my business, my mission is simple yet profound: to assist individuals and families in finding not just a house, but a place they can truly call home while simultaneously building generational wealth to support their loved ones and community.
My services cater to a wide range of needs, supporting sellers, buyers, and investors alike across the central Austin area. Whether you’re relocating, looking to market your property, or seeking expert guidance on investment returns, I’m here to provide comprehensive support every step of the way.
What sets my approach apart is my blend of business acumen with a warmth and people-first mindset, taking time in every interaction to understand the needs, values, and goals of my clients. I believe that real estate isn’t just about transactions; it’s about people and the lives they want to build. That’s why I go above and beyond for my clients and connect them with vetted partners who share my dedication to customer-first services.
My business isn’t just about buying and selling properties—it’s about making meaningful connections and creating opportunities for growth within our community. I’m here as a trusted advisor, guiding you towards your real estate goals with integrity, expertise, and a genuine passion for serving others.
What are your plans for the future?
My vision for the future is firmly rooted in Austin, TX, where I plan to deepen my commitment to serving and investing in our local community. Real estate will remain my vehicle for scale and impact as I seek to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those around me.
In addition to expanding my business, I am dedicated to continuing my service and support within my local church and surrounding nonprofits/small businesses. These endeavors are essential to me as they contribute to the fabric of our community, fostering innovation and service.
As I look ahead, I am excited and fueled by the prospect of a long and purposeful personal and professional journey. I am eager to pour my heart and soul into this city I love and the incredible people who call it home. Similarly, I look forward to investing in my home and growing a family of my own. My sights are on a bright future for Austin, and creation of positive change that will impact generations to come.
