Hi Nikki, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Things Celtic started 25 years ago in Austin. Seven years ago, it was moved to Dublin Texas and a year ago. We bought it and moved it to Elgin Texas. It has been a staple in the community for culturally authentic imports from Ireland, Scotland, and other Celtic nations and providing culturally appropriate entertainment.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Over the past 25 years the store has survived floods Covid relocation ups, and downs in the economy and new owners new owners
As you know, we’re big fans of Things Celtic . For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
We are the only Celtic import shop in Texas. We bring authentic items from Ireland, Scotland, and the other Celtic nations, including custom sporrans and kilts and some of the finest Celtic jewelry in Central, Texas, Our shop caters to the entire family and is welcoming to all
