Today we’d like to introduce you to Paige Morris.
Hi Paige, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I have been blessed with living in Eastern Williamson County for 25+ years. Within that time, I have grown great relationships with many businesses and locals, in and around our area. Over time, I have developed a love for supporting other small businesses and watching them succeed alongside our local families as they grow.
When I work with my clients, they have access to the established relationships that have already undergone the test of capability. This creates an opportunity to serve as a resource not only to my clients, but to support other small businesses and watch them succeed through the connections we share.
When I work with people, personally and professionally, my goal is for their experience to leave them feeling like they walked out of an episode of “Cheers.” If you aren’t familiar with the show, it is centered on the concept of being able to walk in a room of locals where everybody knows your name.
This concept is the foundation with which I raise my kids, function within my marriage, run my Real Estate business and Team, serve as a professional speaker, as well as run our Families Farm. You will often see me tag local businesses along with the slogan, “Local Supporting Locals.”
Together we can collaborate, serve, and succeed.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Bumpy roads are where the best character traits are developed. So the answer is, no, it has not been a smooth road. However, the things in life that have created the best return, are often earned after the hardest battle.
Life on the farm is a daily reminder that the joyful moments are precious and to be appreciated. They are what get us through the tough moments when life is hard and things seem to pile up despite hard work.
As a mom of three, I encourage my children to “Embrace the Suck.” This was a quote that I first stumbled upon in a Brene Brown book. Authors like her, lead me to speak in front of others about Mindset, Resiliency, and Systems Development in order to create Resiliency.
Whether someone is in Real Estate, working as a Fry Cook in a restaurant, a C Suite executive in some large company, every job, every person, and every organization faces adversity. With proper mindset and preparation, bumpy roads can be embraced and developed into the Norm. It is all based on how you look at it.

My Team and I, serve across Williamson, Travis, Milam, and Lee counties. We cover Farm and Ranch, Residential, and Commercial. As an Agent that is ranked in the Top 7% of Williamson County, my Team and I specialize in serving our clients as a “Connector of Dots.”
We aim to serve in all things big and small, whether it is Property related or not. An example of this is sharing contacts for a local Vet, Painter, Plumber, Bee Keeper, etc. With our experience living in Williamson County and surrounding areas, our relationships with local businesses turn our clients into Lifelong clients.
One service that we get the most questions about is the transition to Farm & Ranch or a first time Land purchase. Agriculture Exemptions can be confusing for buyers who have not owned land previously. Utility Research is another specialty. When someone is buying land, with the desire to build and/or develop, utilties can make a huge difference on a Return on Investment or if someone can afford to build their “Dream House.” We specialize is working with buyers as they navigate these nuances of Farm & Ranch.

Seeing others happy.
My past career was serving as a teacher and school counselor for 15 years. I developed a love for watching others succeed, especially when something is hard to overcome.
Watching others overcome and find their happiness, is my “Why.”
