We are a group therapy practice specializing in couples and marriage counseling. Our team is composed of seasoned, highly skilled clinicians with decades of combined experience. As our practice has grown, we are proud to now offer in-person locations in both Manhattan and Long Island, providing accessible, high-quality relationship care to individuals and couples across the region.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Working with couples can be deeply complex, and we are committed to ensuring our clinicians are continually growing. We provide ongoing, advanced training so our team can offer the highest level of care and the most effective support to the couples we serve.

We are a group practice of highly skilled clinicians specializing in individual and couples/marriage counseling. Our team is extensively trained in a range of evidence-based modalities, including Imago Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mediation, CBT, and more.
To accommodate our clients’ busy schedules, we offer evening and weekend appointments, as well as both virtual and in-person counseling at our Manhattan and Long Island locations.
What does success mean to you?
We define success when our clients begin communicating more effectively, deepening their intimacy, and developing the ability to repair on their own. For many couples, these changes typically begin to emerge within 3–6 months of working with us.
